logos, designs, button icons, images, data compilations, and software, are the property of
SWITCHMATE HOME LLC or its suppliers and partners and is protected by United States and
international copyright laws or other intellectual property laws and treaties. Said content shall
not be reproduced or used without express written permission from SWITCHMATE HOME

Limited Warrenty
The limited warranty set forth below is given by SWITCHMATE HOME LLC with respect to the
Switchmate® HOME LLC line of products (the “Device”) purchased and used in the United
States of America. SWITCHMATE HOME LLC warrants this product as follows: LABOR: For
a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, if this Device is found to be defective,
SWITCHMATE HOME LLC will repair or replace the Device, at its sole option, at no charge.
After this one (1) year period, labor charges will be charged on a case by case basis. If your
Device is repaired or replaced during the Warranty Period, it will be covered by this Limited
Warranty for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or ninety (90) days from the date
of shipment of the replaced Device, whichever is longer. PARTS: For a period of one (1) year
from the date of purchase, if this Device is found to be defective, SWITCHMATE HOME LLC
will supply at no cost, new or rebuilt replacement parts, at its option, at no charge. After
this one (1) year period, parts will be charged for on a case by case basis. Modifications not
approved by the party responsible for compliance will void user’s authority to operate the
equipment. If your Device is repaired or replaced during the Warranty Period, it will be cov-
ered by this Limited Warranty for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or ninety (90)
days from the date of shipment of the replaced Device, whichever is longer. This Limited War-
ranty does not cover damage or malfunctions caused by accident, disaster, misuse, abuse,
negligence or other external causes; third-party products; Internet or telecommunications
failures; commercial use; unauthorized opening, use, service, tampering, alteration, repair
or modification; or inadequate packing or shipping procedures. This Limited Warranty also
does not cover cosmetic damage or normal wear and tear. This Limited Warranty does not
apply to Devices sold as used, refurbished or reconditioned. This Limited Warranty does not
cover damage caused by third party applications such as viruses, malware or other software.
This Limited Warranty will be void if your Device has been opened or serviced without au-
thorization, tampered with, altered or modified. This Limited Warranty applies to your Device
only (i.e., the hardware), and not to the software within your device. Similarly, this Limited
Warranty does not cover downloaded data or materials, or accessories and peripherals, ex-
cept as expressly provided above. This warranty is valid only in the United States and Canada.
The Device must be accompanied by a copy of the original retail purchase receipt for the
warranty to be valid. If no proof of purchase is attached, the warranty will not be honored and
repair costs incurred will be the responsibility of the end user. This warranty is only valid with
written documentation detailing the complaint attached to the outside or inside of the carton.
This warranty does not provide protection for the loss of data, regardless of format or cause.
SWITCHMATE HOME LLC reserves the right to modify and change the design of this Device
without prior notice, written or otherwise.

Garantie Limitée
La garantie limitée énoncée ci-dessous est donnée par SWITCHMATE HOME LLC par rapport
à la ligne de produits SWITCHMATE® HOME LLC(“l’appareil”) achetés et utilisés aux États-
Unis d’Amérique. SWITCHMATE HOME LLC garantit ce produit comme suit : MAIN D’ŒUVRE
: Pour une période d’un (1) an à compter de la date d’achat, si cet appareil est jugé dé-
fectueux, SWITCHMATE HOME LLC réparera ou remplacera l’appareil, à sa seule discrétion,
sans aucuns frais. Après cette période de (1) une année, les frais de main-d’œuvre seront
facturés au cas par cas. Si votre appareil est réparé ou remplacé au cours de la période de
garantie, il sera couvert par cette garantie limitée pour le reste de la période de garantie
originale ou quatre vingt dix (90) jours à compter de la date d’expédition de leur appareil,
selon la plus longue. PIÈCES: Pour une période d’un (1) an à compter de la date d’achat, si
cet appareil est jugé défectueux, SWITCHMATE HOME LLC fournira, sans frais, des pièces
neuves ou remisées pour rechange, à son gré et sans frais. Après cette période de (1)
une année, les pièces seront facturées au cas par cas. Les modifications non approuvées
par la partie responsable de la conformité annulent le droit de l’utilisateur de se servir de
l’équipement. Si votre appareil est réparé ou remplacé au cours de la période de garantie,
il sera couvert par cette garantie limitée pour le reste de la période de garantie originale ou
quatre vingt dix (90) jours à compter de la date d’expédition de l’appareil remplacé, selon la
plus longue. Cette garantie limitée ne couvre pas les dommages ou les dysfonctionnements
causés par un accident, une catastrophe, une mauvaise utilisation, d’abus, de négligence ou
d’autres causes extérieures : produits tiers; les défaillances d’internet ou de télécom-
munications; un usage commercial; l’ouverture, l’utilisation, le service, la falsification, la
modification, la réparation ou modification non autorisée; ou des procédures d’emballage ou
d’expédition inadéquates. Cette garantie limitée ne couvre pas les dommages esthétiques ou
l’usure normale. Cette garantie limitée ne couvre pas les appareils vendus qui ont été utilisés,
remis à neuf ou reconditionnés. Cette garantie limitée ne couvre pas les dommages causés
par des applications tierces telles que les virus, les logiciels malveillants ou d’autres logiciels.
Cette garantie limitée sera annulée si le numéro de série de votre appareil a été enlevé,
altéré ou falsifié ou si votre appareil a été ouvert ou utilisé, altéré ou modifié sans autorisa-
tion. Cette garantie limitée couvre votre appareil uniquement (à savoir, le matériel), et non le
logiciel de votre appareil. De même, cette garantie limitée ne couvre pas les données ou les

Garantía Limitada
La garantía limitada expuesta debajo es dada por SWITCHMATE HOME LLC con respecto a
la línea de productos SWITCHMATE® HOME LLC (el “Dispositivo”) comprados y usados en
Estados Unidos de América. SWITCHMATE HOME LLC garantiza este producto como sigue:
FUNCIÓN: Por el periodo de un (1) año a partir de la fecha de compra, si se encuentra que
éste Dispositivo es defectuoso, SWITCHMATE HOME LLC reparará o reemplazará el Dis-
positivo, en su única opción, sin cargo. Después de éste periodo de un (1) año, los cambios
por funcionamiento serán cobrados en base a cada caso. Si tu Dispositivo es reparado o
reemplazado durante el Periodo de Garantía, será cubierto por ésta Garantía Limitada por
el resto del Periodo de Garantía original o noventa (90) días desde la fecha del envío de
su Dispositivo reemplazado, lo que sea más largo. PARTES: Por un periodo de un (1) año a
partir de la fecha de compra, si se encuentra que el Dispositivo es defectuoso, SWITCHMATE
HOME LLC proveerá sin costo, partes de reemplazo nuevas o reconstruidas, como opción,
sin cargos. Después de este periodo de un (1) año, las partes serán cobradas en base a cada
caso. Las modificaciones no aprobadas por la parte responsable del cumplimiento anulará
la autoridad del usuario para operar el equipo. Si tu Dispositivo es reparado o reemplazado
durante el Periodo de Garantía, será cubierto por ésta Garantía Limitada por el resto del
Periodo de Garantía original o noventa (90) días desde la fecha del envío de su Dispositivo
colocado, lo que sea más largo. Esta Garantía Limitada no cubre daños o averías causadas
por accidente, desastre, mal uso, abuso, negligencia u otras causas externas; productos de
terceros; fallas de Internet o telecomunicaciones; uso comercial; apertura sin autorización,
uso, servicio, manipulación, alteración, reparación o modificación o empaque inadecuado o
procedimientos de envío. Esta Garantía Limitada tampoco cubre daño cosmético o desgaste
normal. Esta Garantía Limitada no aplica a Dispositivos vendidos como usados, renovados
o reacondicionados. Esta Garantía Limitada no cubre daño causado por aplicaciones de
terceros como virus, programas maliciosos u otro software. Esta Garantía Limitada será
anulada si el Número de Serie en tu Dispositivo ha sido removido, manipulado o desfigurado
o si tu Dispositivo ha sido abierto o dado servicio, manipulado con, alterado o modificado sin
autorización. Esta Garantía Limitada aplica sólo para tu Dispositivo (i.e. el hardware) y no al
software dentro de tu dispositivo. De igual manera, esta Garantía Limitada no cubre datos o
materiales descargados o accesorios y periféricos, excepto los mencionados explícitamente
arriba. Esta garantía es válida sólo en los Estos Unidos de América. El Dispositivo debe estar
acompañado de una copia del recibo de compra original para que la garantía sea válida. Si
no hay prueba de compra adjunta, la garantía no será respetada y los costos de reparación
serán responsabilidad del usuario final. Esta garantía es sólo válida con documentación
escrita detallando la queja anexada afuera o adentro del cartón. Esta garantía no provee
protección por la pérdida de datos, sin importar el formato o causa. SWITCHMATE HOME LLC
se reserva el derecho de modificar y cambiar el diseño de éste Dispositivo sin notificación
previa, escrita o de otra manera.
