FREESTANDING TUB FAUCET

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Before you begin, read the installation instructions below. Observe all local plumbing and building codes.

Caution: Do not grab or hold on to faucet or risers for support.

Unpack and inspect faucet and parts for damage. If any damage is found, contact Customer Service at 1-866-855-2284

and return faucet to container. If you need assistance while installing your new faucet, call our Customer Service number.

Your application and circumstances may call for variations to the installation instructions. We recommend consulting a

professional if you are unfamiliar with installing bathroom xtures and plumbing. Signature Hardware accepts no liability

for any damage to the oor, walls, plumbing, or personal injury during installation.

For the following installation instructions for your new faucet it is assumed that the water supply lines are in place

underneath the oor and are directly accessible for installation

Riser location will vary depending on the width of the faucet centers and tub rim. We recommend that the spout of your

faucet extend out approximately 3"-5" over the interior of the tub.

Bell Flange

Lock Nut

Rubber Washer

Metal Washer

Rubber Washer

NPT Adapter

Lug ells or drop eared 90°

Support Mounted Between Floor Joists

INSTALLATION

1. Slide the slip nuts (B) up the upper riser pipes (C).

2. Thread the bell anges (D), lock nuts (E), and rubber

washers (F) onto the riser pipes (C). Insert the pipes into the

installation holes in the nished oor.

Note: Apply the supplied thread sealant to all threaded

connections. Wipe away any excess sealant with a damp

cloth.

3. Thread the metal washers (G), and locknuts (H) onto the

riser pipes via the under the oor access space. Connect the

riser pipes to the main water supply with the rubber washers

(I) and NPT adapters (J).

4. Place the remaining rubber washers (A) in the slip nuts at

the top of the supply pipes and install the tub faucet

according to the faucet installation instructions.

5. Attach the faucet to the upper riser pipes and tighten the slips nuts to secure. Allow sealant to cure for 24 hours before use. 6. Place a washer inside the base of the hand-held shower cradle and attach the cradle to the faucet body. 7. If included, attach the hand shower hose and rubber washers to the shower cradle outlet and hand-held shower. Place the hand-held shower in the cradle. 8. Turn on the main water supply. 9.
