FLUSH LEVER
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Before installing, read entire Flush Lever Installation Instructions. Observe all local building and safety codes.
For the following installation instructions for your new ush lever it is assumed that any old xtures have been removed
and any repairs or modications have been completed.
Unpack and inspect the product for any shipping damages. If you nd damages, do not install. Contact Customer Service
at 1-866-855-2284. If you need assistance or have questions while installing your ush lever, contact Customer Service.
We recommend consulting a professional if you are unfamiliar with installing bathroom xtures. Signature Hardware
accepts no liability for any damage to the oor, walls, plumbing or for personal injury during installation.
TOOLS AND MATERIALS:
INSTALLATION
1. Remove the toilet tank lid.
2. If assembled, unscrew the washer, locknut and ush arm from the back of the new ush lever.
Note: Washers and locknuts are left-hand threaded. Turn clockwise to loosen and counter-clockwise to tighten.
3. Insert the lever stem through the handle hole on the toilet tank.
4. Secure the lever assembly with the rubber washer and locknut.
Tip: Be careful not to overtighten the locknut, doing so will prevent the lever from moving freely. If you are having trouble
turning your new lever, slightly loosen the locknut until it moves evenly.
5. Attach the apper chain to the ush arm on the lever body. Adjust the chain length as needed.
6. Test the lever to verify that all parts operate smoothly.
7. Finish your installation by replacing your toilet tank lid.
