Safe Torque O ff disables the drive pulses and disconnects the power supply to the motor (corresponds to Stop Category 0 of EN 6 0204-1). The drive is reliably torque-free. This state is monitored internally in the drive.

The VSM10 Voltage Sensing Module reads the voltage waveshape at the motor end. This allows the SINAMICS G150 converter to be connected to a permanent-field, encoderless synchronous machine (flying restart function).
