(1). Enable bluetooth on your smartphone, find the device named
"F23" and connect to it (figure 3).
(2). The bluetooth indicator light will turn solid to indicate a successful
connection with your smartphone.
BASIC OPERATION
Volume Adjustment
1. Insert the 12V power plug into a 12V accessory power outlet (figure 4).
2. Insert the USB head of your cable into the USB output port (figure 5).
3. Insert the other end of the the cable into the compatible port of the
device you wish to charge (figure 6).
1. Please use a clean soft cloth to clean this device.
2. For prolonged use of this device, it should be disconnected from
the 12V accessory power outlet when possible.

Insert the product into car cigarette lighter socket, turn on the power
switch, LCD display frequency, rotate function keys to adjust volume
(U00-U30).
Counterclockwise rotation: volume - .
Clockwise rotation: volume + .
Transmit frequency select
After turn on, LCD display frequency, short press the function key and
rotate function keys to adjust the frequency. Please keep your car FM
radio frequency and transmitter frequency is the same ! (figure 1 / 2)
Counterclockwise rotation: frequency down

Memory Function
When the transmitter and cellphone bluetooth paired successfully, and
keep the transmitter frequency and FM radio frequency is the same,
you can directly play music on the phone.
And you can also connect them via audio cable, press and
to choose next and previous track, press to play / pause.
Automatically pair with your devices when turning on again with the
same FM frequency and volume.

1. Pair with your mobile phone firstly

(1). Make a telephone call
Make a telephone call directly and hold the phone conversation
through car speaker. Call back by double-click button .
(2). Answer the phone
Answer the phone by clicking the button then the music
will play again after end call.
