COMMON PROBLEMS & SOLUTIONS:
A. Can not turn on the Bluetooth Headset: Check whether the Headset is power shortage,
or due to the misoperation, resulting in Headset program error, use charger to recharge it,
then problem will be solved.
B. Cannot search Bluetooth Headset: Check whether the Bluetooth Headset is in normal
state of starting, or smart phone Bluetooth application procedures can be normal used.
C. Noise in the headset: Please confirm whether the audio signal is connected well or not,
RB-T1 and smart phone should be placed on the same side.
D.Headset no sound: Check whether the RB-T1 Bluetooth Headset and mobile phone
connection pairing.If you have Headset connected with Bluetooth pairing, still no sound, you
may refer to the Bluetooth Headset pairing instructions partially repairing connection.
E.Unable to use or the smart phone can't display RB-T1 power: Please confirm that whether
the smart phone supports these functions, refer smart phone specification to
obtain relevant information.
