手表连接
本产品为无线充电，请使
用标配的充电底座进行充
电。将充电口对准、贴合充
电底座，直到手表屏幕出
现充电电量为止。
打开手机客户端设置个人信息
切换至【设备】页面，点击【添加手表】
在扫描到的设备列表点击你的设备
绑定完成
在手表时间页面下划，点击关于图
标，将显示手表MAC地址和ID号，可
以通过设备列表中的ID号来确定你
的设备；手表绑定成功后，今后每
次打开客户端，手表会自动与手机
连接，在客户端数据页面下拉可以
同步数据。
运动信息
手表可以记录并显示你锻炼
消耗的热量以及里程和实时
心率信息。更多详细信息分
析以及数据记录可以在客户
端查看。
步数
智能手表会自动追踪屏幕上
的步数和显示，显示你一整天
的卡路里消耗和距离。 注意：
你的移动数据在午夜会重置
为零。
心率
在手表的心率界面可以显示
你当前的心率值。更多详细
信息分析以及数据记录可以
在客户端查看。
通话
连接状态下，在手表通话界面
打开开关，点击键盘，可以进
行拨号通话。（手表播放音乐
也请打开此开关）
密码
可以在菜单里面的功能界面
设置您的密码，如您忘记您的
密码，可用超级密码8762解锁
。
体温
手表可以监测体温，在手表体温
界面点击测量，可以显示您当前
的体温。(仅限带体温部分机型)
睡眠
手表在你晚上佩戴睡眠后会
自动监测你的睡眠，起床后
可以在手表和APP端查看你
的睡眠数据。
菜单风格
在手表下拉栏视图风格选择
功能中可以切换手表菜单UI
风格显示效果，目前有三种
风格可以选择。
喝水提醒
在APP端打开喝水提醒，手
表每半小时会振动提醒你请
喝水。
久坐提醒
手表在你久坐1小时后，会提
示你起身走走。久坐提醒功
能可以在客户端中设置打开
。

常见问题与解答
血压数值为什么跟血压计有偏差？
手表测量的是动态血压趋势，手表和血压计测量出现的数值
偏差因多种外在因素决定，您平时使用血压计测量部位是肱
动脉处测量，手表是在微动脉主要的两个分支，正常情况下主
动脉测量会和微动脉测量数值相差三四十，如果您当时是在
同一时间进行的测量，又由于动脉里流动的是离心方向的血
液，血压计测量时您的肘正中以下部位由于受压，暂时血液无
法顺畅流向下面的动脉分支；血管紧张感增加，因此上下血压
测量偏差值会更大。
蓝牙连接要一直开启吗？如果断开连接手表数据会
保存吗？
没有同步数据前，运动和睡眠的数据会保存在手表主机上。当
手表与手机APP连接时，手表数据会自动同步上传到手机APP
。手表可存储7天左右的数据，空间存满后，系统会循环自动覆
盖最早的数据。请注意及时同步数据到手机APP。
为什么偶尔会出现蓝牙连不上的情况？
部分手机的蓝牙服务在启动时偶尔会出现异常，导致蓝牙连
不上的情况，通常重启手机或重新开关蓝牙即可正常建立连
接。
*注意：若需要开启使用来电、消息提醒功能，必须保持手表蓝
牙与APP处于连接状态，闹钟提醒等设置成功后支持离线。
苹果手机设置：
1.确认在手机客户端开启了消息推送的开关
2.打开手机设置—点击通知—点击微信、短信、电话—开启允
许通知，确认消息在手机通知栏可以正常显示。
注意：连接后推送不成功，建议您在蓝牙设置中点击忽略设备
，断开连接，重启手表后重新通过客户端绑定手表。
手表为什么不能洗热水澡？
不建议洗热水澡时佩戴。
主要原因之一：洗热水澡时产生的水蒸气
洗澡水的温度比较高，容易产生很多水蒸气，而且水蒸气是气
体，其分子半径小，容易从手表的壳体空隙渗透进去，当温度
降下来后会逐渐凝结成水滴，从而伤害手表电路板，进而损坏
手表。
为什么在APP上显示GPS不可用？
需要先打开手机GPS功能，并且受手机GPS信号影响，在室内
是接收不到信号的，需要去开阔的地方才能接收到GPS信号。
为什么没有睡眠记录？
手表记录睡眠时间是从晚上8点开始到第二天早上10点，佩戴
手表睡觉会自动监测你的睡眠状态。
为什么手表接收不到消息推送？
安卓手机设置：
1.确认在手机客户端开启了消息推送的开关，并允许手表APP
得到相关控制权限。
2.确认消息是否在手机通知栏都可以正常显示，手表消息推送
是通过读取手机通知栏消息；若手机通知栏没有消息，手表是
接收不到推送的。
（需在手机设置找到通知设置，开启微信、QQ、电话、短信、手
机客户端的停止开关。运行APP读取消息权限）
3.打开手表客户端的辅助功能设置
（在手机设置中找到辅助功能，打开手表客户端的辅助功能设
置）
*系统支持: Android4.4、iOS9.0及以上
*非专业血压测量设备，手表测量血压参数仅供参考，不做
医疗用途
*因产品功能不断升级，具体说明以APP用户手册为准

This product is wireless charging,please use the attached
charging base to charge.Approach and connect to the
charging port on the charging base until charging
indicator appears on the watch screen.

Underscore the watch time page, click
on the about icon, the watch MAC
address and ID number will be
displayed, you can determine your

list, after the successful binding of the
watch, each time you open the client in
the future, the watch will automatically
connect with the phone, in the client
data page drop-down can synchronize
the data.
Sport information
The smart watch records and
displays how many calories you
burned during your workout, as well
as mileage and real-time heart rate
information. More detailed analysis
and data, please check in the APP.
Steps
The smart watch will track the
number of steps and displays on
the screen automatically, showing
your calorie burned and distance
throughout the day. Note: This data
will reset to zero at midnight.
Heart rate
The heart rate page on the watch
shows your current heart rate. More
detailed analysis and data, please
check in the App.
Bluetooth call
When connected, turn on the
switch in the watch call interface
and tap the keyboard to make a
dial-up call.(Please turn on this
switch if your watch plays music)
Password
You can set your password in the
function interface inside the menu, if
you forget your password, you can
unlock it with the super password
8762.
Body temperature
The watch can monitor your body
temperature and click on the
measurement in the watch body
temperature interface to show your
current body temperature.（Only for
some models with body temperature）
Sleep
Your watch automatically monitors
your sleep after you wear it at
night, and you can view your sleep
data on the watch and APP side
when you get up.
Menu style
You can switch the watch menu UI
style display in the watch
drop-down view style selection
feature, and there are currently
three styles to choose from.
Drink water alert
Open a drinking reminder on the APP
side, and the watch vibrates every half
hour to remind you to drink water.
Sedentary Alerts
The watch will remind you to get up
and take a walk after an hour of
sitting. Turn on the sedentary alerts in
the App.

Why does the test result of blood pressure
deviate from sphygmomanometer?
The watch monitors the trend of ambulatory blood
pressure. The test result deviation between the watch and
the sphygmomanometer is determined by a variety of
external factors. The sphygmomanometer measures at the
brachial artery, and the watch is at the two main branches
of the micro artery. Under normal circumstances, the
aortic measurement and the micro artery measurement
will differ by 30 to 40. If you measure blood pressure by
watch and the sphygmomanometer at the same time, the
blood flowing in the artery is in the direction of
centrifugation, when the sphygmomanometer measures,
due to the compression of the part below the middle of
your elbow, the blood cannot flow smoothly to the lower
artery branch temporarily; the sense of vascular tension
increases, so the deviation of upper and lower blood
pressure measurement will be greater.
Should the Bluetooth connection always be on?
Will the data be saved if the watch is
disconnected?
automatically synchronized and uploaded to the APP. The
watch can store data for about 7 days. When the watch
space is full, the system will cycle and automatically covers
the earliest data. Please pay attention to synchronize data
to the APP in time.
Why can't Bluetooth be connected occasionally?
Why can't Bluetooth be connected occasionally?
When turn on the Bluetooth, some mobile phones
occasionally appear abnormal, and Bluetooth of smart
watch cannot be connected. Usually, the connection can
be established by restarting the mobile phone or switching
on and off Bluetooth again.
Note: if you need to open call and message reminder
function, you must keep the watch and app connected; it
supports offline after the clock reminder is set successfully.
Why can't this watch take hot showers?
Not recommended for hot showers.
One of the main reasons: water vapor from a hot bath.
The temperature of bath water is relatively high, easy to
produce a lot of water vapor, and water vapor is a gas, its
molecular radius is small, easy to penetrate into the gap
from the shell of the watch, when the temperature drops it
will gradually condense into water droplets, and the
droplets will damage circuit boards of the watch.
Why is GPS not available on the APP?
It is necessary to turn on the GPS function of the mobile
phone first, and affected by the GPS signal of the mobile
phone, it is impossible to receive the signal indoors. It is
necessary to go to an open place to receive the GPS signal.
Why there are no sleep records?
The watch tracks your sleep time from 8p.m. to 10 a.m.,
and when you wear it, it automatically monitors your
sleep.
Why can't the watch receive notifications?
1. Make sure that you have turn on the message push
switch in the APP and allow the watch APP to get the
relevant control rights.
2. Please confirm that whether the message can be
displayed normally in the notification bar of the mobile

3. Open the auxiliary function Settings of the App.
(Find the “Auxiliary Function” in the mobile phone
“Settings”, and open the “Auxiliary Function Settings”in
the app of smart watch.)
Apple phone settings:
1. Make sure that you have turn on the message push
switch in the APP.
2. Open the mobile phone settings - click Notification -
click wechat, SMS and Dia - open the allow notification,
and confirm that the message can be displayed normally
in the mobile phone.
Note: After connecting, if the push still not successful, it is
recommended that you may click “ignore device”in
Bluetooth settings, disconnect the connection, restart the
bracelet, and then connect the watch through the APP
again.
Without syncing data, exercise and sleep data will be saved
on the smart watch. When the watch is connected to the
mobile APP, the data of the smart watch will be

拆装表带
1.根据您的手腕自行调整卡口位置。
2.如需拆装，请参考图示。
注：
1.安装表带后，请适当拉拽表带，确保表带安装成功。
2.皮质类表带不防水，避免接触液体；游泳等接触水的场景
佩戴时，请更换成（金属表带）氟橡胶或硅胶表带。
消息提醒
如您需使用手表进行消息推送，请在手表连接APP成功后，
在APP里面打开消息推送开关，允许消息推送权限，如下图
所示。您可以在消息通知里面选择您需要接收的APP提醒。
