Direcon for use
1. On the rst use, please press the buon at the end of the insole connually
unl the ashing LED light is GREEN. And then press the lock buon of the remote
control connually unl the LED light is o.
2. Remote Control
“1” (Power On) First gear, green LED light on the insoles
“2” (Power On) Second gear, green LED light will ash
slowly on the insoles
“3” (Power On) Third gear, green LED light will ash
quickly on the insoles
“LOCK” (Power O) Power o, green light is disappeared
3. Instrucon for manual operaon:
First: Press the buon at the end of
the insole

Second: Press the buon at the end
of the insole
Second gear, green LED light will
ash slowly on the insoles
Third: Press the buon at the end of
the insole
Third gear, green LED light will ash
quickly on the insoles
Fourth: Press the buon at the end
of the insole
Power o, green light should
disappeared
4. The heated insoles can be cut according to your shoe size.
1. Please cut around the dimension lines (outside the white lines). Do not cut
beyond the solid line as this may permanently damage the insole.
2. If you need to cut the heated insoles, please do not cut the heel area where
the baery is located, you should only cut around the toe area.
Charging
When the heated insole is charging, the LED shows red. When it is fully charged,
the RED light turns o. On the inial start, you should charge for 3-4 hours.
