CAUSE SOLUTION AC adaptor is not plugged into the wall outlet or the other end of the adaptor is not plugged into the DC IN jack on the back of the unit. Plug the AC adaptor into the wall outlet and plug the other end of the AC adaptor into the DC IN jack on the back of the unit. Wall outlet is not functioning.
