Status description of base station indicator:
电池状态灯：
Battery status indicator:
a: 蓝灯常亮，表示基站电池电量大于 20%；
a: Solid blue: indicates that the base station battery level is > 20%.
b: 蓝灯闪烁，表示基站电池电量小于 20%；
b: Blue light flashing: indicates that the base station battery level is < 20%.
