1.充电盒充电时请使用Type-C数据线充电。
2.耳机放入充电盒后耳机即可自动充电(高电量:灯长亮 ; 低电量:闪烁)
根据消费类电子产品的有关法规以及行业的实际情况为消费者提供满意的
售后服务特制定以下售后服务条例:
一、保修凭证主要包括:
保修卡产品包装盒上的防伪标签以及销售凭证
二、售后服务范围:
2.1 在产品保修期内凡属于正常使用情况下,由于产品本身质量问题引起的故障
未经拆修本公司将负责给予免费维修;
2.2 超出保修期产品需出具保修凭证并支付维修费如需订配件需支付配件费;
订购其他的配件则需把维修的产品寄到我司;经我司专业维修人员检测后维
修并更换配件;
2.3 保修凭证一经涂改保修即时失效;
2.4 产品的保修凭证请消费者妥善保存,遗失不补。
三、保修期
3.1 购买本产品一年内在正常使用情况下(非人为损坏出现质量问题未经拆修;
3.2 消费者由购买之日起7天内在正常使 用情况下(非人为损坏出现质量问题,未经
拆修可享受包换服务;自开具销售凭证之日起计算1年保修(包括所有配件)
3.3 包换服务仅限于同型号、同颜色的产品在不缺货的情况下更换周期为5~10天
四、保修期内保修失效条例
4.1 以下情况保修失效但提供维修服务,收取人工费配件费:
(1消费者因使用、维护、保管不当造成任何配件的损坏;
(2由不可抗力因素所引致的损坏如天灾等
4.2 在下列情况本公司将拒绝提供维修服务或提供收费维修服务:
(1无法提供产品包装上的防伪标签;
(2防伪标签内容经涂改或模糊不清而无法辨认;
(3不能提供产品保修卡或保修卡所记载的内容与产品不符或内容经涂改,或模
糊不清无法辨认;
(4由任何未经盛洋声学有限公司授权人士拆动过的耳机(如:换线拆卸音圈等)
(5无销售凭证或销售凭证内容与产品不符。
五、如下情况我司将不提供保修服务
经我司查询如发现您的送修产品不属我司生产品我司将拒绝提供保修服务
或是加倍收取维修费。请您在把需要维修的耳机寄到我司时,附上保修凭证如无任
何凭证我司则作水货处理
1. 问:怎么只能听一个?
答:将两只耳机放回充电舱,重新取出查看是否恢复双耳模式,如未恢复重
置耳机即可解决。
2. 问:手机提示无法连接怎么解决?
答:将手机上的配对记录删除,删除后重新进行搜索信号连接即可。
3. 问:怎么听歌/通话没声音?
答:安卓在手机连接记录的右边有个设置图标,点击进入,将两个音频选项取
消勾选重新选择,苹果在设置通用辅助功能进入音频通话方式,选择自动,
如本来就是自动,就换其他选项,然后选择自动,如未恢复,删除配对记
录重新尝试。
4. 问:怎么视频/游戏有延迟?
答:受环境、网络、手机编解码速度的影响,会造成手机传送音频数据到耳机
时造成不同程度的延迟。
(游戏中开启实时语音功能,影响游戏背景声音清晰度,是目前游戏软件设
定蓝牙传输速率优先)
5. 问:怎么卡顿/断续?
答:如果使用时有大量的Wi-Fi连接、4G信号、大功率电器等等产生干扰,可
能会出现卡顿、断续的情况,换个环境或者重新配对连接下就可以解决了。

1.打开充电盒拿起耳机两个耳机开机后5秒内自动互配(红蓝灯交替闪)配对
完成后蓝灯慢闪;
2.打开设备蓝牙列表搜索Nutmeg Wolves Edition”;
3.点击完成连接(灯熄灭
如果连接失败将耳机放回充电盒后,重复上述操作。
双耳同时离开手机到超出距离耳机进入回连蓝牙状态,3分钟内如果没有回连到
手机双耳机则自动关机
首次连接后耳机开机后可自动回连上一次配对设备(需开启设备蓝牙)

Android phone has a setting icon on the right side of the phone connection

recovered, delete the matching record and try again.

4. Why there is a delay in the video / gameplay?
Due to the influence of environment, network and mobile phone encoding
and decoding speed, it will cause different degrees of delay when the mobile
phone transmits audio data to the earbuds.( When the real-time voice
function is enabled in the game, the definition of the game background
sound will be affected, so the current game software sets the Bluetooth
transmission rate as priority.)

5. Why is it stuck / intermittent?
If there are a large number of WiFi connections, 4G signals, high-power
electrica l appliances and so on when using, it may be stuck or intermittent.
It can be solved by changing the environment or repairing and connecting.
1. Please use the original or with safety certification wire harness for charging.
2. When using earbuds, please adjust the volume appropriately to avoid
damaging the hearing.
3. Please use the product correctly to avoid falling or heavy extrusion.
4. Children should be accompanied by adults to avoid eating by mistake.
5. Keep away from extreme environment such as high temperature or humidity.
6. Do not disassemble this product.

Ⅱ After sales service scope:

Insert the earbuds into the ear canals gently, then shake the head to ensure
the earbuds do not fall.
Charging status of charging case
tap the earbuds control panel 8× quickly, the earbuds will power off automatically
after the earbud is restored to the factory settings(the red and blue light will
be on 1 sec and then off), indicating that the earbud is reset successfully.

1.Open the charging case, and the two earbuds will be paired with each other
automatically within 5 seconds after power on (red and blue lights flash alternately )
blue light flashes slowly after pairing.
2.Turn on the Bluetooth list of devices and search "Nutmeg Wolves Edition".
3.Click to complete the connection (Lights off).
If the connection fails, put the earbuds back in the charging case and close the
lid, repeat the above operation.
When the earbuds are connected to the mobile phone beyond the distance,
they will enter the back connection state.If the earbuds fails to connect the
device within 3 minutes,they will automatically power off.
