1.已有连接过手机，在手机蓝牙列表中，找到“Tempo Wolves Edition”，点击进
入设置，选择忽略或取消配对。
2.快速触摸耳机触控板5下，第5下不要松手继续触摸约2秒，耳机恢复出厂后重
新进入配对模式（红白灯交替闪烁），则表示耳机重置成功。
根据消费类电子产品的有关法规以及行业的实际情况，为消费者提供满意的
售后服务，特制定以下售后服务条例：
一、保修凭证主要包括：
保修卡，产品包装盒上的防伪标签以及销售凭证。
二、售后服务范围：
2.1 在产品保修期内，凡属于正常使用情况下，由于产品本身质量问题引起的故障，
未经拆修，本公司将负责给予免费维修；
2.2 超出保修期产品，需出具保修凭证并支付维修费。如需订配件，需支付配件费；
订购其他的配件则需把维修的产品寄到我司；经我司专业维修人员检测后维
修并更换配件；
2.3 保修凭证一经涂改，保修即时失效。
2.4 产品的保修凭证，请消费者妥善保存，遗失不补。
三、保修期
3.1 购买本产品一年内，在正常使用情况下（非人为损坏）出现质量问题，未经拆修；
3.2 消费者由购买之日起7天内，在正常使 用情况下（非人为损坏）出现质量问题，未经
拆修，可享受包换服务；自开具销售凭证之日起计算，1年保修（包括所有配件）；
3.3 包换服务，仅限于同型号、同颜色的产品，在不缺货的情况下更换周期为5~10天。
1.打开充电盒拿起耳机，两个耳机开机后5秒内自动互配；
（主耳机：红白灯交替闪烁 / 副耳机：灯熄灭）
2.打开设备蓝牙列表搜索“Tempo Wolves Edition”；
3.点击完成连接（白灯长亮1秒后熄灭）。
如果连接失败，将耳机放回充电盒后关盖，重复上述操作。
双耳同时离开手机到超出距离，耳机进入回连蓝牙状态，3分钟内如果没有回连到
手机，双耳机则自动关机。
首次连接后，耳机开机后可自动回连上一次配对设备（需开启设备蓝牙）。
四、保修期内保修失效条例
4.1 以下情况保修失效，但提供维修服务，收取人工费，配件费：
（1）消费者因使用、维护、保管不当造成任何配件的损坏；
（2）由不可抗力因素所引致的损坏，如天灾等。
4.2 在下列情况，本公司将拒绝提供维修服务或提供收费维修服务：
（1）无法提供产品包装上的防伪标签；
（2）防伪标签内容经涂改，或模糊不清而无法辨认；
（3）不能提供产品保修卡或保修卡所记载的内容与产品不符，或内容经涂改，或模
糊不清无法辨认；
（4）由任何未经盛洋声学有限公司授权人士拆动过的耳机（如：换线，拆卸音圈等）；
（5）无销售凭证或销售凭证内容与产品不符。
五、如下情况我司将不提供保修服务
经我司查询，如发现您的送修产品不属我司生产品，我司将拒绝提供保修服务，
或是加倍收取维修费。请您在把需要维修的耳机寄到我司时，附上保修凭证，如无任
何凭证，我司则作水货处理。
双耳配对连接 恢复出厂设置（清除配对记录）
1. 问:怎么只能听一个？
答:将两只耳机放回充电舱，重新取出查看是否恢复双耳模式，如未恢复重
置耳机即可解决。
2. 问:手机提示无法连接怎么解决？
答:将手机上的配对记录删除，删除后重新进行搜索信号连接即可。
3. 问:怎么听歌/通话没声音？
答:安卓在手机连接记录的右边有个设置图标，点击进入，将两个音频选项取
消勾选重新选择，苹果在设置通用辅助功能进入音频通话方式，选择自动，
如本来就是自动，就换其他选项，然后选择自动，如未恢复，删除配对记
录重新尝试。
4. 问:怎么视频/游戏有延迟？
答:受环境、网络、手机编解码速度的影响，会造成手机传送音频数据到耳机
时造成不同程度的延迟。
(游戏中开启实时语音功能，影响游戏背景声音清晰度，是目前游戏软件设
定蓝牙传输速率优先)
5. 问:怎么卡顿/断续？
答:如果使用时有大量的Wi-Fi连接、4G信号、大功率电器等等产生干扰，可
能会出现卡顿、断续的情况，换个环境或者重新配对连接下就可以解决了。

2. 关机（红灯长亮1秒）
（1） 将耳机放回充电盒，关机语音“Power OFF”；
（2） TWS模式下右耳触摸触控板保待10秒关机；
（3） 单耳模式下任意一耳机触摸保待10秒关机。
将耳帽斜向下轻轻塞入耳道，以轻摆头部耳机不晃动为宜。
通话时，将耳机麦克风朝向嘴部可使通话更清晰。

4. Why there is a delay in the video / gameplay?

sound will be affected, so the current game software sets the Bluetooth
transmission rate as priority.)

5. Why is it stuck / intermittent?
If there are a large number of WiFi connections, 4G signals, high-power
electrica l appliances and so on when using, it may be stuck or intermittent.
It can be solved by changing the environment or repairing and connecting.

2. When using earbuds, please adjust the volume appropriately to avoid
damaging the hearing.
3. Please use the product correctly to avoid falling or heavy extrusion.

ⅠWarranty certificate mainly includes:

Ⅱ After sales service scope：

for providing free maintenance for any failure caused by the quality problem
of the product itself under normal use without disassembly and repair;

service; 1 year warranty (including all accessories) from the date of issuing

Open the charging case and take out the earbuds, they will power on automatically,
voice prompts "Power on".
2. Power off ( Red LED light on for 1s)
(1) Put the earbuds into charging case, voice prompts "Power off".
(2) In TWS mode, touch the touchpad of the right ear for 10 seconds to turn off.
(3) In mono ear mode, touch the touchpad for 10 seconds to turn off.
1.For the connected device, find " Tempo Wolves Edition" on the bluetooth list,
click to enter the settings, and select ignore or cancel pairing.
2.Quickly touch the earbuds touchpad for 5 times, and hold for 2 seconds on
the fifth time. After the headset returns to the factory and re-enter the pairing
mode (red and white lights flash alternately), it means that the headset
reset successfully.
1.Open the charging case, and the two earbuds will be paired with each other
automatically within 5 seconds after power on.
(Main earbud: red and white lights flash alternately， Sub earbud: Lights off).
2.Turn on the Bluetooth list of devices and search "Tempo Wolves Edition".
3.Click to complete the connection. (Status LED: white light on for 1s)
If the connection fails, put the earbuds back into the charging case and close
the lid, please repeat the above operations.
When the earbuds are connected to the mobile phone beyond the distance, they will
enter the back connection state. If the earbuds are not paired or connected to
the device within 3 minutes, they will automatically power off.
After the first connection, the earbuds can automatically connect back to the
last paired device(Bluetooth needs to be turned on).
When talking, please turn the microphone toward the mouth to make the
call clearer.
