ShelterLogic Corp. warrants to the original owner that our products are free from defects
in material and workmanship. ShelterLogic Corp. will send replacement parts free of charge
found to be defective or missing.
The warranty period for this product is 90 days from date of purchase.
This product carries a limited warranty against defects in workmanship. ShelterLogic® Corp.
warrants to the Original Purchaser that if properly used, the product and all associated parts,
are free from manufacturer’s defects.
Warranty period is determined by date of shipment from ShelterLogic® Corp. for factory
direct purchases or date of purchase from an authorized reseller, (please save a copy of your
purchase receipt). If this product are found to be defective or missing at the time of receipt,
ShelterLogic® Corp. will repair or replace, at it’s option, the defective parts at no charge to
the original purchaser. All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. If you
purchased from a local dealer, all claims must have a copy of original receipt.
This warranty only covers failures which occur during normal use. This warranty does not
extend to color changes due to normal use, weathering or damage resulting from misuse
or neglect, commercial use, failure to follow assembly instructions or forces of nature and
other causes which are beyond the control of ShelterLogic Corp. The warranty is void if the
product is modified in any way. In no event shall ShelterLogic Corp. be liable for incidental or
consequential damages.
A purchase receipt or other proof of date of the original purchase will normally be required
before warranty service is rendered. You must save the original packaging materials for
shipment back.
ShelterLogic Corp. reserves the right to discontinue or change parts. If a part has been
discontinued or is not available, ShelterLogic Corp. will substitute a part as may be
compatible and available.
