1. use

Shanghai Senben Lighting Technology Incorporated Company’s SBD1112 SBF6112 Maintenance-

free, Energy-saving,Waterproof, Dustproof and Corrosion-proof Factory Lamp, the light source is

induction lamp, and has the high Luminous Efficiency, longer lifespan etc features, the luminaire

adopts the integrated structure, aluminum alloy die-casted ballast box and incoming line cover with the

surface painted with polyester powder, This product is applicable for the common lighting or

emergency lighting of such indoor and outdoor place with mech dust or damp such as

factory ,airport,tunnel,especially power plant and its boiler unit,iron& steel plant and so on.

3. Directions

1. In order to ensure the safety service of this Ex light, the user should not let any unauthorized

people shall open or assembly the fasteners.

2. There must be a designated person to in charge of the maintenance work specially and inspecting

the light periodically. Special operational platform, ladder, safety belt and other necessary equipment

shall be equipped to ensure personnel safety in the process of installation or maintenance work.

3. Any component damage or loss shall be fixed in time. It’s necessary to replace the aged sealing

ring or other plastic part to ensure the explosion proof performance. In the strong corrosive

environment, users should check the integrity of the Ex lamp at least once every three to six months

and should replace the parts in time when severe corrosion parts are founded.

4. Take care of the disassembled components to avoid loss or drop from high cause casualties.

5. Installation and maintenance procedures shall meet associate national standards, do not operate

when energized. Do not open when energized in maintenance or replacement and waiting for the

illuminant to cooldown.
