1. Ringtone Selection
Short press the ringtone button to select
ringtones of the doorbell speaker in a circular
manner. There are 8 selectable ringtones;
2. Volume Adjustment
Short press the volume button to adjust the
volume of the doorbell speaker ；
3. Pairing
Long press the volume button for 3 seconds to
enter the pairing mode. Then short press the
doorbell button of the video doorbell. The
speaker rings and the pairing succeeds；
4. Clear Pairing
Long press the volume button for 10s to clear
pairing.

1. This product has been integrated with Mijia and can be
controlled by Mijia APP or Xiao Ai. The product is also
connected with other products.
Scan the QR code, download and install Mijia APP. Users
who have installed Mijia APP can directly enter the device
connection page.
Or search for “Mijia” in the app store, download and install
Mijia app. Open the home page of Mijia APP and click “+”
in the upper right corner of the page. Add the device
according to APP prompts.
2. The f
ollowing reasons may cause the network
configuration failures.
Xiaomo Video Doorbell does not support the
5G Wi-Fi at present. It only supports the 2.4G
Wi-Fi network.If your router uses a 5G Wi-Fi
network, you need to configure it with a 2.4G
network；
Incorrect passwords；
Unstable network。

Installation Method 2: Get Mounted On The Wall

② Insert the expansion bolts into the wall
according to the hole locations of the
positioning stickers;
③ Use screws to secure the back veneer;
④ Fix the doorbell from the top on the back
veneer to complete the installation.

III. Precautions
Special Note：
①
The doorbell and routers should be as close
as possible (to avoid network failure due to
too far distance);
②
The installation height of the doorbell is from
1.5 to 1.6 meters.
③ It should be installed on non-metallic materials
(to avoid signal shielding). The side wall of the
door is recommended.

Installation Method 1: Get Mounted On The Wall
Through Adhesives (Recommended)

Remove the red 3M stickers from the bottom
of the back veneer and stick the back veneer to
smooth walls (e.g. glass, ceramic tiles, latex
wall finish, etc.)
②
Align the doorbell with the buckle, then hold
the doorbell to the buckle downwards on the
back veneer to complete the installation.
Note: The adhesive can only be 100% sticky
after being stuck for 24 hours.

1. Do not install the doorbell on the metal door
to avoid the metal door shielding the
doorbell’s Wi-Fi signal. When installing the
doorbell, please ensure that the doorbell is
upright instead of askew, otherwise it will
have a certain impact on the video image;
2. Before removing the doorbell for charging,
please turn off the alarm setting on the
mobile app, otherwise it will trigger the
tamper alarm;
3. The charger is DC 5V and the maximum
charging current is 2A. Other chargers may
cause damage to Xiaomo Smart Video
Doorbell;
4. Do not squeeze the lens of the doorbell’s camera,
which may cause damage to the hardware;
5. Please ensure that the product is installed within
the range covered by the Wi-Fi signal and placed
in a location where the Wi-Fi signal is better as
possible;
6. Doorbell LED status:Charging - White light
breathing. Fully charged - White light always on.
(Note: When the doorbell is being charged, it needs to
be waken up once to display the light effect.)

original appearance as the goods were received (except
for the quality problems of the goods within the period
of three guarantees);
2. The goods to be returned/exchanged, including the
video doorbell, the back veneer, the speakers and all
other accessories should be intact and won’t affect the
secondary sales after the inspection by after-sales
personne;
3. If you have requests for goods return/exchange, please

4. All postage is borne by the seller for the goods to be
returned/exchanged due to the quality problems;
5. All postage is borne by the buyer for the goods to be
