Installation$and$Operation$$

Installs in Under 5 Minutes
Materials Required:
1. P/N 0005847 Propane eSensor
2. Phillips Head Screw Driver
3. Mouse Free (www.mouse-free.com)
4. Dial must be a “R3D” remote ready dial – The replacement
R3D remote ready dial must be from the same gauge
manufacturer with the same “sweep” i.e. If the old dial is 180
degrees from 9 o’clock to 3 o’clock the replacement needs to be
the same “sweep” or the readings will be affected. Contact Senet
for a cross reference part.
Step 1: Locate propane dial on the tank and note the
position of the needle on the dial (how full the tank is).
Step 2: (A) Replace dial as needed with R3D dial making
sure new dial reads the same %.
(B) Thread the Remote Ready Sensor through
tank lid or collar as required, insert fully in the dial careful not to
locate where wire can get cut when opening or closing lid.
Step 3: Remove magnet from bottom of eSensor to
turn unit on. Apply extra bar code on eSensor to the install
paperwork, and spray Mouse Free on the wire to discourage
rodents.
Step 4: Attach eSensor to the top of the propane tank
lid making sure all three magnetic wings hold firmly. For poly
and fiberglass lids secure eSensor with #8x1” drill point
screws through the the wings of the green case ONLY in to
lid, not the tank. Be sure not to block vent hole.
Step 5: Close tank lid making sure the wire is
carefully located so it’s not damaged by closing the lid.
Return install paperwork with bar code decal to home
office.
Note: The office will assign eSensor to customer
account number using Senet’s back office software
system as trained by the Senet.
