Ceramic is an inorganic, non-metallic solid prepared by the action of heat and

subsequent cooling. Ceramic materials may have a crystalline or partly crystalline

structure, or may be amorphous (e.g., a glass). Because most common ceramics are

crystalline, the definition of ceramic is often restricted to inorganic crystalline materials,

as opposed to the non-crystalline glazes.

The earliest ceramics were pottery objects made from clay, either by itself or mixed with

other materials. Ceramics now include domestic, industrial and building products and art

HOW YOUR CERAMICS ARE MADE - Your ceramic purchase was designed in one of several countries including the United States, Europe and or Asia. Once we have created the design, our family of ceramic artisans, work hard to transfer that design into a unique sample. We then create a mold of the sample into which we press or pour wet clay.

IMPORTANT!! - PRODUCT WARNING ONLY use ceramic merchandise in the manner for which it was designed. For example, use vases for decorative use and or displaying plants – Make sure plant pots are always stable and secure.

o Look for similar Product Warnings that may be shipped with your product. Share this information with and encourage end customers to read, follow and post Warning signs when using this product to avoid accidents. o Do NOT use any ceramic item to support other items such as using a planter or vase to support a table top. This type of behavior is risky and dangerous.

o We recommend that during extreme freeze conditions, that you cover and protect the ceramic merchandise with a waterproof tarpaulin or furniture cover. Ideal covers include moisture proof barriers which prevent plastic covers freezing to the ceramic glaze. (We suggest you consider high-quality, breathable furniture covers such as are available from Koverroos.
