System, be sure of the following:
• The unit is plugged into a properly rated
outlet.
• Only use the power cord provided with the
unit.
WARNING! If operation of the system
differs from the descriptions in this guide,
turn the unit OFF and contact Sealed Air
Corporation.

4. The air-filled material created by the Inflatable
Cushioning
System, is only intended to hold air
and not designed to hold liquids, gases or other
substances.
1. There is an entrapment hazard at the seal/drive
assembly - keep fingers, loose cloths, hair,
and jewelry clear.

1. Home Screen
1-1 Start Key
This button starts inflation and automatically
advances to the Running Screen.
1-2 Material Type Indicator
This shows the currently selected material.
The signal icon indicates that the film type has
been automatically detected.
1-3 Sub-Menus
This advances to the sub-menus: Material
Select Screen, System Settings Screen, Info
Screen, and the Accessories Screen.
1-4 Favorites
This advances to the often-used materials.
2. Running Screen
2-1 Stop Key
This button stops inflation and automatically
returns to the Home Screen.
2-2 Blower Adjustment Slide
This controls the material inflation amount.
2-3 Progress Bar
This shows the progress of a batched output of
inflated material.
3. Material Select Screen
This screen allows material selection and
access to the other sub-menus.
3-1 Bubble / Pillow Selection Key
This button allows quick switching between
film types.
3-2 Material Selection Slide
3-3 Return Key
This button returns to the Home Screen.
4. Settings Screen
This screen allows setting a batch length, as well
as a visual of the current film parameters.
4-1 Batch
Set the length of an inflated material output.
5. Info Screen
This screen shows serial number, material
usage, and contact information.
6. Batch Screen
This screen allows a batch length selection.
When selected each output will be repeated
at that length.
7. Favorites Screen
Quickly select from often used materials.
8. Accessories Screen
Select JetStream
®
, stack light, footswitch, or
photoeye bin sensor accessories.

1. Power ON/OFF Button
2. Emergency Stop
When pushed, this safety switch immediately
stops motion and sealing. Twist clockwise
to release the button.
3. Power Cable
Only use the cable provided by Sealed Air with
this unit.
4. Control Panel
This touch screen panel is used to control the
system - see Control Panel.
5. Edge Seal Clamp
This clamp opens and closes the edge seal for
loading material - see Loading Material.
6. Inflation Nozzle
Air flows through the nozzle to inflate the
material. The two (2) material layers must be
wrapped around this device for proper inflation
- see Loading Material.
7. Communication Ports
The USB, RJ45, and RJ14 ports (shown left to
right) can be used to pair accessories with this
device.
