Warranty

SCEPTER WARRANTY
Scepter USA hereby warrants that the goods sold will be of merchantable quality and
will conform with Scepter's standard specification at the time of shipment.
Scepter USA warranty is limited to parts and workmanship to a maximum of the
replacement value of the goods for a period of one year.
Scepter USA makes no other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to
warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and the buyer assumes the risk of
consequential damages resulting from the use of the goods.

