his selection provides various problems and their remedies you can encounter durin

ital photo frame. If you encounter a
problem, first check the list given below and take the suggested action if there is any one that matches. After that, if the problem still
persists, contact or visit the nearest service center.
Symptoms Possible Causes and Suggested Actions
My Di

ital Photo Frame does not turn
on.
Check connection of the power line between the product and the power
adapter.
Check whether Samsung logo is displayed in full screen mode when you press
the power button.
A
uto Screen On/Off does not work.
If Auto On and Auto Off are set to the same time, they do not work.
Please check their times.
My Digital Photo Frame turns on but
the screen still is off.
Check memory char type. If it is not inserted correctly or is not of supported
type, photo may not displayed on the screen. (This product supports CF and
SD cards only.)
Check file extensions if card and other connections are correct. (This product
supports JPEG image format, MPEG5 and MWV9 movie formats, and MP3
music file format only. See Specifications.)
It takes a time to display an image
after my Digital Photo Frame turns
on.
Loading a file from an external memory card may take a several seconds. (It
depends on file format and size.)
No screen displayed and just sound
heard for MPEG4 and WMV9 movies.
Loading a large sized file may take a long time. (It is a matter of
specifications.)
If only sound is heard continually, try to press any button at the right side of
the product.

spect ratio of the screen looks
abnormal.
Select one among three values on Setup>Play>Aspect Ratio menu using the
buttons at the right side of the product.

Screen color is dimmed or too strong.

Only Samsung logo is displayed on
the entire screen.
Check file extension. If it is not of supported formats, only Samsung logo may
