LIMITEDWARRANTYTOORIGINALPURCHASER

ThisSAMSUNGbrandproduct,assuppliedanddistributedbySamsungElectronicsAmerica,Inc.(SAMSUNG)anddeliverednew,intheoriginalcartontotheoriginal
consumerpurchaser,iswarrantedbySAMSUNGagainstmanufacturingdefectsinmaterialsandworkmanshipforalimitedwarrantyperiod.

Thislimitedwarrantybeginsontheoriginaldateofpurchase,andisvalidonlyonproductspurchasedandusedintheUnitedStates.Toreceivewarrantyservice,the
purchasermustcontactSAMSUNGforproblemdeterminationandserviceprocedures.WarrantyservicecanonlybeperformedbyaSAMSUNGauthorizedservice
center.TheoriginaldatedbillofsalemustbepresenteduponrequestasproofofpurchasetoSAMSUNGorSAMSUNG'sauthorizedservicecenter.Transportationof
theproducttoandfromtheservicecenteristheresponsibilityofthepurchaser.

SAMSUNGwillrepairorreplacethisproduct,atouroptionandatnochargeasstipulatedherein,withneworreconditionedpartsorproductsiffoundtobedefective
duringthelimitedwarrantyperiodspecifiedabove.AllreplacedpartsandproductsbecomethepropertyofSAMSUNGandmustbereturnedtoSAMSUNG.
Replacementpartsandproductsassumetheremainingoriginalwarranty,orninety(90)days,whicheverislonger.

SAMSUNG?sobligationswithrespecttosoftwareproductsdistributedbySAMSUNGundertheSAMSUNGbrandnamearesetforthintheapplicableenduser
licenseagreement.NonSAMSUNGhardwareandsoftwareproducts,ifprovided,areonan?ASIS?basis.NonSAMSUNGmanufacturers,suppliers,publishers,and
serviceprovidersmayprovidetheirownwarranties.

Thislimitedwarrantycoversmanufacturingdefectsinmaterialsandworkmanshipencounteredinnormal,andexcepttotheextentotherwiseexpresslyprovidedforin
thisstatement,noncommercialuseofthisproduct,andshallnotapplytothefollowing,including,butnotlimitedto:damagewhichoccursinshipment;deliveryand
installation;applicationsandusesforwhichthisproductwasnotintended;alteredproductorserialnumbers;cosmeticdamageorexteriorfinish;accidents,abuse,
neglect,fire,water,lightningorotheractsofnature;useofproducts,equipment,systems,utilities,services,parts,supplies,accessories,applications,installations,
repairs,externalwiringorconnectorsnotsuppliedandauthorizedbySAMSUNG,orwhichdamagethisproductorresultinserviceproblems;incorrectelectricalline
voltage,fluctuationsandsurges;customeradjustmentsandfailuretofollowoperatinginstructions,cleaning,maintenanceandenvironmentalinstructionsthatare
coveredandprescribedintheinstructionbook;productremovalorreinstallation;receptionproblemsanddistortionrelatedtonoise,echo,interferenceorothersignal
transmissionanddeliveryproblems.SAMSUNGdoesnotwarrantuninterruptedorerrorfreeoperationoftheproduct.

