Check the product box for the Bluetooth speaker, USB cable, and user manual. The items supplied with the speaker and available accessories may vary by region. Charge the speaker by connecting it to the computer or the USB power adaptor via the USB cable. Charging the device This Bluetooth speaker has a built-in battery. Before using the speaker for the first time or when the battery has been unused for extended periods, you must charge the battery. Use only Samsung-approved chargers and cables.
Charging time (1,600 mAh) • Approx. 5 hrs (when using a USB cable) • The battery charging time is based on test results using Samsung-approved chargers. • The battery charging time may vary depending on the environment the Bluetooth speaker is used in. • Refer to the Samsung website for information about the battery run time. Checking the remaining battery power Disconnect the charger from the Bluetooth speaker and turn on the speaker. Press the Power button.
Turning the Bluetooth speaker on or off Connecting to other devices Press and hold the Power button to turn the Bluetooth speaker on or off. When you turn on the speaker for the first time, it enters the Bluetooth pairing mode. You can connect the Bluetooth speaker to other Bluetoothenabled devices, such as smartphones or computers. Also, if you have devices that support the near field communication (NFC) feature, you can control the Bluetooth feature to connect the devices to the speaker.
Notices for using Bluetooth • Ensure that there are no obstacles between your device and the connected device, including human bodies, walls, corners, or fences. • Do not touch the Bluetooth antenna of the connected device. • Bluetooth uses the same frequency as some industrial, scientific, medical, and low voltage equipment and interference may occur when connecting via Bluetooth near these types of equipment.
Connecting via Bluetooth using the NFC feature 1 2 Turn on the Bluetooth speaker. Activate the NFC feature on the other device and bring the other device’s NFC antenna close to the NFC antenna on the speaker. • The other device's screen must be unlocked to enable the devices to connect. • End the Bluetooth connection between the Bluetooth speaker and any other device first. The NFC feature is not available while another device is connected to the speaker.
Connecting using an audio cable English You can use an audio cable to connect other media devices, such as a smartphone, to the Bluetooth speaker. Audio playback is not available from Bluetooth and audio cable connections at the same time. If the speaker is playing audio via Bluetooth, end the Bluetooth connection or stop playback before connecting a device that uses an audio cable.
Using the Bluetooth speaker Playing audio When the Bluetooth speaker is connected to a Bluetooth or NFC-enabled device, you can play audio on the speaker or use it as a speaker phone. While a device is connected to the speaker, you can turn on the voice recognition feature of the connected device by pressing and holding the Play/Stop button. Play audio from the connected device. The functions that are available when you press and hold the Play/Stop button may differ depending on the connected device.
Receiving a call • Press the Play/Stop button to end the current call. • Press and hold the Play/Stop button to reject a call. • Press the Volume (+) button or the Volume (-) button to adjust the volume. • Press and hold the Play/Stop button to pause or resume the call. If another call comes in during a call, the Play/Stop button flashes. • Press the Play/Stop button to end the current call and answer the incoming call.

• Mantenga pulsado el botón Reproducir/Detener para retener la llamada actual y responder la llamada entrante. • Mantenga presionado el botón Reproducir/Detener para alternar entre las llamadas. Samsung Level En el dispositivo conectado, descargue la aplicación Samsung Level desde Google Play Store o Samsung Apps. Inicie esta aplicación para usar diversas funciones. • La aplicación Samsung Level es compatible con dispositivos móviles Samsung que funcionan con el sistema operativo Android 4.2.2 o posterior.
