This procedure requires a an optional combiner-adaptor (available at most electronics shops). 1 Connect both antenna leads to the combiner. 2 Plug the combiner into the VHF/UHF terminal on the bottom of the rear panel.

You will need a two-way splitter, an RF (A/B) switch, and four lengths of coaxial cable. (These items are available at most electronics stores.) ▼ 1 Find and disconnect the cable that is connected to the ANTENNA IN terminal on your cable box.

After you’ve made this connection, set the A/B switch to the “A” position for normal viewing. Set the A/B switch to the “B” position to view scrambled channels.

To do this, connect your second VCR as follows: 1 Connect a coaxial cable between the ANTENNA OUT terminal on the VCR and the antenna terminal on the TV. A coaxial cable is usually included with a VCR. (If not, check your local electronics store).

Make sure to match the “+” and “–” ends of the batteries with the diagram inside the compartment. ▼ 2 Install two AA size batteries. Remove the batteries and store them in a cool, dry place if you won’t be using the remote control for a long time. ▼ 3 Replace the cover. The remote control can be used up to about 23 feet from the TV.

These captions are usually subtitles for the hearing impaired or foreign-language translations. All VCRs record the closed caption signal from television programs, so home-recorded video tapes also provide closed captions. Most DVDs and pre-recorded commercial video tapes provide closed captions as well.

MP3 Play Function 1 Press STOP to stop playback of the first song file, then press RETURN to display the music folder menu on the right side of the screen. Up to 8 music folders can be displayed at a time. If you have more than 8 folders on a disc, press the LEFT/RIGHT œ√ buttons to bring them up on the screen.

ISO 9660 format and Joliet MP3 files are compatible with Microsoft's DOS and Windows, and with Apple's Mac. These two formats are the most widely used. • When naming your MP3 files do not exceed 8 characters, and place ".mp3" as the file extension.
