Support Settings Software Upgrade The Software Upgrade menu allows you to upgrade the player’s software for performance improvements or additional services. Appendix PROBLEM Troubleshooting Forgot password Before requesting service, please try the following solutions. PROBLEM No operation can be performed with the remote control. Disc does not play.
