Please note:
a. The power supply for the NVR box is different from those for cameras. The specification of the power cord must be
DC 12V 2000mA, or else the hard drive won’t be found successfully by the system.
b. After connection, if the monitor screen is black and saying “no signal”, please try to hold the left button of your
mouse and do not let it go until you can hear something like beep from the NVR box. If the solution didn’t help,
please switch another PC monitor or TV monitor. It might be the resolution issue.

Please note:
It requires a USB thumb drive to backup the footage you want. The specification of the thumb drive should be from
8GB to 64GB.The Format of USB drive is FAT 32.
How To Use Wifi Extender

Please note:
Only SAFEVANT wifi extender can work with SAFEVANT cameras.
Regarding to different version wifi booster, some of them may not say “match code is running, “match code
succeed” on the wifi extender during matching. It is normal.

Please note:
a. If you want to restore a camera into factory setting, please follow the instruction below:
--Please go to video manage, please delete the IP address of this camera.
--Then please connect this camera to the NVR box by network cable directly, at the same time, we need to power on
