Rugs America - Limited Distributor Warranty
We warrant our rugs against manufacturer defect for one year (365 days) from
the date of purchase. We may, on a case by case basis, require photos of the
damage before we arrange for return of products to our warehouses. In the case
of a return due to manufacturer defect, we will pay the cost of return transport
of the defective item.
