Do I need a serial key?
The included Roxio Video Capture device acts as a serial key
when installing Easy VHS to DVD for Mac. The installer will
prompt you to connect the device when required. A serial key
is required to install the MyDVD component of your software,
and can be found on the back of your CD sleeve.
How do I install Easy VHS to DVD for Mac?
There are two software components to install: Roxio Video
Capture for recording, and MyDVD for creating disc projects.
Roxio Video Capture
1. Insert the software disc into your optical drive, and in
the installation window, double-click the VHS to DVD
icon. If purchased online and downloaded, double-
click the downloaded .dmg file.
2. Follow the on-screen installation instructions. You will
be prompted to connect the Roxio Video Capture device
to your computer using a USB 2.0 compatible port.
3. After the installation finishes, open the VHS to DVD
folder inside your Applications folder.
4. To open the software, double-click the Roxio Video
Capture icon in the VHS to DVD folder.
MyDVD
1. After installing Roxio Video Capture, in the VHS to DVD
folder, double-click the MyDVD icon.
2. Follow the on-screen installation instructions. You will
be asked to provide the serial key from the back of your
CD sleeve.
