ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
Note: Turn the power off (unplug from the wall outlet) before
replacing the bulb, making sure the bulb has had sufcient
time to cool down. Do not subject the lamp to any shock
while lit as shattering of lamp may result.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
This portable lamp has a polarized plug (one blade is wider
than the other) as a feature to reduce risk of electric shock, this
plug will t in a polarized outlet only one way. If it does not t
fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not t, con-
tact a qualied electrician. Never use with an extension cord
unless the plug can be fully inserted.
DO NOT ALTER THE PLUG.













NOTE: Do not connect the electricity until lamp is fully
assembled.
Unpack and place all parts on a soft surface.
1. Join parts (L) and (K) together by tightening washer (H)
and nut (M) onto nipple (G). Tighten with wrench (J).
2. Pull wire through base (K) until tight.
3. Remove backing sheet from felt paper (I) and afx the felt
paper underneath the base of lamp.
4. Squeeze the harp (C) into the saddle (D).
5. Attach shade (B) onto harp (C).
6. Screw nial (A) onto harp (C) until tight.
7. Install light bulb Type A maximum 150 watts.
8. Remove protective plastic (E) from electrical plug (F).
9. Plug lamp into wall outlet.
Caution: To clean, use a soft cloth only. Do not use any
chemical or abrasive cleaners.
