SiriusXM® To receive the SiriusXM signal you will need to install the provided antenna. SiriusXM satellites are located over the equator and the antenna must be mounted in a location that has a unobstructed view to the south. Please avoid placing the antenna under or directly next to metal or other dense materials as it may result in signal loss. More Information Note, the activation process usually takes 10 to 15 minutes, but may take up to an hour.
