Beams Path Light
1. Connect your Path Light. Download the Ring app. The app walks you through setting up and managing your Path Light. Search for “Ring” in one of the app stores below, or visit: ring.com/app Download from Windows Store Set up your Ring Beams Bridge. The Bridge connects your Ring Beams lights to the rest of your Ring system. Your Bridge must be up and running before you set up your Path Light. To set up your Bridge, follow the instructions in the Ring app or Bridge user manual.
Insert the batteries. Push in the button on the front and slide off the battery cover. Insert four D-cell batteries. 4 Set up your Path Light in the Ring app. In the app, tap Set Up a Device. Doorbells When prompted, select Beams and follow the inapp instructions. Once setup is complete, slide the battery cover back onto your Path Light.
2. Install your Path Light. Hammer the stake into the ground in your chosen location. Take care to point the Sensor Direction arrow on the stake toward the area you want to monitor for motion. If you’re installing multiple Path Lights, space them 5-7 feet apart for the best motion sensing performance. Lower your Path Light onto the stake and twist clockwise to lock it in.
