Information Introduction This manual contains detailed instructions and notes on the operation and use of this machine. • Keep the machine in an area that is within optimum environmental conditions. Operating the machine in an environment that is outside the recommended ranges of humidity and temperature can cause an electrical fire hazard. Keep the area around the socket free of dust. Accumulated dust can become an electrical fire hazard. • Do not obstruct the machine’s vents. Doing so risks fire caused by overheated internal components. • Keep the machine away from salt-bearing air and corrosive gases.
• When disconnecting the power cord from the wall outlet, always pull the plug, not the cord. Pulling the cord can damage the power cord. Use of damaged power cords could result in fire or electric shock. • Be sure to disconnect the plug from the wall outlet and clean the prongs and the area around the prongs at least once a year. Allowing dust to build up on the plug constitutes a fire hazard. • Be sure to push the plug of the power cord fully into the wall outlet.
