Module Integration Instructions
The following statements required by FCC on the product and in the user’s manual of the end device
Notice:
OEM should include the following warnings on the label:
“Contains FCC ID: YVURFIDUHF”
Installer should include the following in the user’s manual:
“Maintain 21cm separation from the antenna at all times”
“This device compli9es with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two
conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any
interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.”
“Changes of modification not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the
user’s authority to operate the equipment.”
Installation guide:
1. The module has been certified for use under FCC Part 15.247 only
2. Limited to use with the antennas shown in certification.
3. Compliance with RF exposure requirements is based on the addition of the statements listed in
the notice above.
4. The device is not certified for use as mobile with at least 21mm separation from the body.
5. To maintain compliance with RF exposure requirements, maintain 21cm separation from the
antenna at all times

7. Compliance with labels and information provided to the user is achieved by adding the
statements shown in the notice above.
8. The device can be tested by bringing an RFID tag into proximity to cause the transmitter to
transmit continuously.
9. The modular transmitter is only FCC authorized for the specific rule parts (i.e., FCC transmitter
rules) listed on the grant, and that the host product manufacturer is responsible for compliance
to any other FCC rules that apply to the host not covered by the modular transmitter grant of
certification.
