Therefore please fully extend the antenna before switching on.
CONTROLLING SUPERSIGNAL In order for you to get the most from your radio, it is important for you to understand how its joystick and menu system operates. JOYSTICK CONTROL Your radio uses a joystick based control system for ease of use. The joystick controller has four functions (UP, DOWN, LEFT and RIGHT) and is used in conjunction with a separate SELECT button. ‘UP’ ‘LEFT’ ‘RIGHT’ MENU BUTTON ‘DOWN’ Pressing the button will take you to the Mode Menu for the particular mode of operation you are in.
DAB RADIO MODE GETTING READY FOR DAB OPERATION Please ensure that the radio’s antenna is extended before operation in DAB Mode. When you switch on SUPERSIGNAL for the first time, it will automatically perform a scan to see what stations are being braodcast in your area, before storing them alphabetically in the radio’s memory. DAB RADIO MODE SELECTING A STATION To access your radio’s station list, press UP/DOWN or LEFT/RIGHT on the joystick controller at any time, alternatively press then select STATION LIST. Scroll through the available stations using UP/DOWN or LEFT/RIGHT on the joystick controller, then press the SELECT button to select your station choice.
DAB MODE MENU OPTIONS STATION INFO In DAB MODE, SUPERSIGNAL is capable of displaying various pieces of information on its screen. By pressing the button, you can sequentially cycle through the following types of information. DAB MODE MENU OPTIONS DYNAMIC RANGE COMPRESSION (DRC) If you are listening to music with a high dynamic range in a noisy environment (for example, classical music while cooking), you may wish to compress the audio’s dynamic range. This has the effect of making quiet sounds louder, and loud sounds quieter. To change the DRC setting, press then choose the DRC option, 14:12 DAB 14:12 DRC before selecting OFF, LOW or HIGH.
FM RADIO MODE FM OPERATION Please ensure that the radio’s antenna is extended before operation in FM MODE. BLUETOOTH MODE Wirelessly stream music from your Bluetooth smartphone, tablet, laptop or other Bluetooth enabled device directly to SUPERSIGNAL, without the need for physical docking or connection. PAIRING WITH BLUETOOTH DEVICES ‘Pairing’ occurs when two Bluetooth devices talk to each other and establish a connection.
BLUETOOTH MODE STREAMING MUSIC Selecting and controlling music playback can be done in one of two ways: either directly from the source device (smartphone, tablet or laptop etc.), or by using the buttons on SUPERSIGNAL’s remote control. Please note, the playback volume level can be independently controlled from either SUPERSIGNAL or the source device.
ALARM CLOCK SETTING AN ALARM SUPERSIGNAL is able to store two individual alarm settings. Select which of the Alarms (Alarm 1 or Alarm 2) you would like to modify or enable by pressing once or twice, then select. Use the joystick controller to set each preference (listed below) for your alarm, pressing select to move onto the next preference. • Time • Duration of Alarm • Source: Buzz, DAB or FM • Preset: Last listened or favourite station preset 1-8 • Frequency: Daily, Once, Weekends or Weekdays.
ALARM CLOCK SNOOZE FUNCTION SUPERSIGNAL includes a TOUCH-SNOOZE feature which is incorporated into your radio’s aluminium front panel. SNOOZE is activated by tapping anywhere on the metal area during an alarm. SNOOZE allows you to temporarily silence the alarm for a period of up to 30 minutes. 14:12 Snooze 5 minutes The SNOOZE duration can only be set when your radio is actually in the process of alarming.
SYSTEM SETTINGS SLEEP By using the SLEEP function, you can set SUPERSIGNAL to automatically switch itself into STANDBY mode. 14:12 Press then select SLEEP. You can now set the SLEEP timer to any one of the following; 15, 30, 45, 60 or 90 minutes. DAB When you have selected a sleep duration, SUPERSIGNAL will return to the MODE MENU and will display a small clock icon on the top left of the screen.
SYSTEM SETTINGS AUTO UPDATE Update from ANY : Automatically takes time/date from DAB or FM signals. SUPERSIGNAL needs to have been operated in DAB or FM MODE (and have received a signal) before this information can be extracted. 14:12 Auto Update UPDATE FROM DAB : Forces the radio to take the time/date from DAB signal. UPDATE FROM FM : Forces the radio to take the time/date from FM signal.
SYSTEM SETTINGS FACTORY RESET By selecting FACTORY RESET from the SYSTEM SETTINGS menu, you can reset SUPERSIGNAL to its default factory values, erasing any personal settings that may have been configured (time/date and presets will be erased). To perform a factory reset, press then select FACTORY RESET. Now answer YES. 14:12 Factory Reset? TROUBLESHOOTING PROBLEM FM: HISS CAUSE Low signal strength. DAB: Burbling/Intermittent DAB: Cut-Out SOLUTIONS Check/move antenna. Move radio to another location. Rescan local (high-strength) stations only. For DAB, check local coverage at www.ukdigitalradio.com/coverage DAB: ‘No stations available’ Select DISCONNECT from the Bluetooth menu on the radio, and delete SUPERSIGNAL’s profile from your Bluetooth device, then re-pair the devices as normal.

SUPERSIGNAL KONTROLLE Um das Beste aus Ihrem Radio herauszuholen, ist es wichtig, dass Sie verstehen, wie der Joystick und das Systemmenü arbeiten. JOYSTICKKONTROLLE Ihr Radio verwendet ein auf einem Joystick basierendes Kontrollsystem für einen einfachen Gebrauch. DAB RADIOMODUS STARTEN DES DABVORGANGS Versichern Sie sich, dass die Antenne des Radios ausgezogen ist, bevor Sie in den DABmodus gehen. Wenn Sie das erste Mal auf SUPERSIGNAL schalten, erfolgt automatisch das Scannen, um zu sehen, welche Stationen Ihr Umfeld übertraegt, bevor diese alphabetisch im Radiospeicher archiviert werden. Für den DAB enter DABMODUS diese Taste so lange drücken, bis 00:00 Scanning... der DABMODUS-Bildschirm erscheint. Von Zeit zu Zeit kann eine FULLSCAN erforderlich sein.
DAB RADIOMODUS STATIONSWAHL Um in die Liste der Radiostationen zu kommen, jederzeit UP/ DOWN oder LINKs/RECHTS auf dem Joystick drücken, in Alternative drücken und dann STATION LIST wählen. Die verfügbaren Stationen mit UP/DOWN oder LEFT/RIGHT mit dem Joystick durchlaufen und dann durch drücken von SELECT die gewünschte Station wählen.
DABMODUS MENÜOPTIONEN STATIONEN-INFO Im DAB MODUS ist SUPERSIGNAL imstande, verschiedene Informationen im Bildschirm anzuzeigen. Durch Drücken der Taste, können Sie nacheinander die folgenden Informationen durchlaufen. WECKER SNOOZEFUNKTION SUPERSIGNAL verfügt über eine TOUCH-SNOOZE-Funktion auf dem Frontpaneel. SNOOZE wird durch eine Berührung irgendeines Metallteils während des Weckerläutens aktiviert. SNOOZE stellt den Wecker für einen Zeitraum bis zu 30 Minuten auf leise. 14:12 Snooze 5 minutes Die Dauer von SNOOZE kann nur eingestellt werden, wenn Ihr Radio gerade weckt. SYSTEMEINSTELLUNGEN FABRIKSRÜCKSTELLUNG Durch Wählen von FACTORY RESET aus dem Menü der SYSTEMEINSTELLUNGEN können Sie SUPERSIGNAL auf die Werte der Fabrikseinstellungen zurückstellen und löschen dabei alle persönlich vorgenommenen Einstellungen (Uhrzeit/ Datum und Voreinstellungen werden gelöscht). Zur Wiederherstellung der Fabrikseinstellungen die Taste drücken und dann FACTORY RESET wählen. Dann YES antworten.

Sélectionnez laquelle des deux heures de réveil (alarme 1 ou alarme 2) vous voulez modifer ou appuyez sur une ou deux fois, puis sélectionnez. Utilisez la manette de contrôle pour régler chaque préférence (liste ci-dessous) pour votre réveil, en appuyant sur sélection pour vous déplacer vers l’option suivante.
RÉVEIL FONCTION D’ARRÊT MOMENTANÉ SUPERSIGNAL comporte une TOUCHE-ARRÊT MOMENTANÉ qui est incorporée dans la partie en aluminium sur le devant de l’appareil. ARRÊT MOMENTANÉ est mis en marche en tapotant n’importe où sur la partie en métal pendant que l’alarme est déclenchée. ARRÊT MOMENTANÉ vous permet d’éteindre l’alarme temporairement pour une durée allant jusqu’à 30 minutes. 14:12 Snooze 5 minutes La durée de l’ARRÊT MOMENTANÉ ne peut être réglée que quand votre radio se déclencche en mode alarme.
RÉGLAGES DU SYSTÈME SOMMEIL En utilisant la fonction SOMMEIL, vous pouvez programmer que SUPERSIGNAL se mette automatiquement en mode VEILLE. 14:12 Appuyez sur puis sélectionnez SOMMEIL. Vous pouvez régler l’heure de SOMMEIL comme indiqué:15, 30, 45, 60 ou 90 minutes. DAB Quand vous avez sélectionné la durée de sommeil, SUPERSIGNAL retournera sur le MODE MENU et affichera un petit symbole d’alarme en haut à gauche de l’écran.
RÉGLAGES DU SYSTÈME MISE À JOUR AUTOMATIQUE Mise à jour depuis INDIFFÉRENT: prend automatiquement l’heure/ la date à partir des signaux DAB ou FM. SUPERSIGNAL doit avoir été réglé en MODE DAB ou FM (et vous avez reçu le signal) avant que cette information puisse être donnée. 14:12 Auto Update MISE À JOUR DEPUIS DAB : Oblige la radio à régler l’heure/date à partir du signal DAB. SYSTÈME DE RÉGLAGES RÉGLAGE D’USINE En sélectionnant RÉGLAGE D’USINE depuis le menu de SYSTÈME DE RÉGLAGES, vous pouvez régler SUPERSIGNAL sur ses valeurs d’usine par défaut, en effaçant tous les réglages personnels qui ont pu être configurés (heure/date et pré-sélections seront effacés). Pour réaliser le réglage d’usine, appuyez sur puis sélectionnez RÉGLAGE D’USINE. Répondez alors OUI.
DÉPANNAGE PROBLÈME FM: SIFFLEMENT CAUSE Faible force du signal. DAB: Murmures/Intermittences DAB: Arrêt DAB: “Pas de stations disponibles” Vérifiez/bougez l’antenne. Déplacez la radio. Réglez à nouveau les stations locales (haute fréquence) uniquement. Pour DAB, vérifiez la couverture locale Sélectionnez DÉCONNEXION du menu Bluetooth sur la radio, et éliminez le profil de SUPERSIGNAL sur votre appareil Bluetooth, puis re-connetez les appareils noramlement.

ALIMENTAZIONE (PSU) La vostra radio SUPERSIGNAL è fornita di un alimentatore internazionale, che può essere utilizzato in diversi paesi nel mondo. Scegliere l’adattatore appropriato per la vostra nazione tra quelli forniti, poi seguire le istruzioni $ !"# 2 SUPERSIGNAL effettuerà automaticamente una scansione per identificare le stazioni DAB trasmesse nella vostra area. Quindi estrarre completamente l’antenna prima di accendere l’apparecchio.
COMANDI SUPERSIGNAL Per ottenere il massimo dalla vostra radio, è importante capire il funzionamento del suo joystick e del sistema di menu. COMANDO JOYSTICK La vostra radio utilizza un sistema di comando a joystick per semplicità di utilizzo. ‘SU’ Il comando joystick ha quattro funzioni (UP, DOWN, LEFT e RIGHT) ed è utilizzato insieme a un tasto SELECT separato. ‘SINISTRA’ ‘GIÚ’ TASTO MENU ‘DESTRA’ Premere il tasto vi porterà al Modalità per la specifica modalità di funzionamento in cui vi trovate.
MODALITÁ RADIO DAB INTRODUZIONE AL FUNZIONAMENTO DAB Assicurarsi di aver estratto l’antenna prima del funzionamento in modalità DAB. Quando accendete SUPERSIGNAL per la prima volta, la radio effettuerà automaticamente una scansione completa per vedere quali stazioni vengono trasmesse nella vostra area, prima archiviandole in ordine alfabetico in memoria. Per entrare in MODALITÁ DAB, premere il tasto fino a visualizzare 00:00 Scanning... la schermata introduttiva della MODALITÁ DAB.
MODALITÁ RADIO DAB SELEZIONE DI UNA STAZIONE Per accedere all’elenco delle stazioni della vostra radio, premere UP/DOWN o LEFT/RIGHT sul joystick in qualsiasi momento, oppure premere poi selezionare STATION LIST (ELENCO STAZIONI). Scorrere tra le stazioni disponibili utilizzando UP/DOWN o LEFT/RIGHT sul joystick, poi premere il tasto SELECT per selezionare la vostra scelta della stazione.
DAB MODE MENU OPTIONS INFORMAZIONI STAZIONE In MODALITÁ DAB, SUPERSIGNAL è in grado di mostrare diverse informazioni sul suo schermo. OPZIONI MODALITÀ MENU DAB COMPRESSIONE DEL RANGE DINAMICO (DRC) Se state ascoltando della musica con alto range dinamico in un ambiente rumoroso (per esempio, musica classica mentre cucinate), potreste voler comprimere il range dinamico della radio, riequilibrando l’intensità dei suoni. Per modificare l’impostazione DRC, premere poi selezionare l’opzione DRC, prima di selezionare OFF, LOW o HIGH.
MODALITÁ RADIO FM FUNZIONAMENTO FM Assicurarsi che l’antenna della radio sia estratta prima del funzionamento in MODALITÀ FM Per entrare in MODALITÀ FM, premere il schermata iniziale della MODALITÀ FM tasto fino a visualizzare la Se è la prima volta che SUPERSIGNAL viene utilizzata in MODALITÀ FM, si avvierà all’inizio della gamma di frequenza (87.50MHz), altrimenti SUPERSIGNAL imposterà di default l’ultima stazione ascoltata. 14:12 FM Mode 14:12 87.
MODALITÁ RADIO FM IMPOSTAZIONI FM Premere il tasto per accedere al MENU MODALITÀ FM. Da qui è possibile impostare alcune preferenze FM come SCAN SETTING (IMPOSTAZIONE SCANSIONE) e AUDIO SETTING (IMPOSTAZIONE AUDIO). SCAN SETTING vi consente di decidere se la radio deve interrompere la scansione solo quando trova una stazione con un segnale forte.
MODALITÁ BLUETOOTH Musica wirelessdal vostro smartphone Bluetooth, tablet, laptop o altro dispositivo abilitato Bluetooth direttamente su SUPERSIGNAL, senza bisogno di stazione docking o di connessione fisica PAIRING CON DISPOSITIVI BLUETOOTH Il ‘Pairing’ si ha quando due dispositivi Bluetooth si parlano e stabiliscono una connessione.
MODALITÁ BLUETOOTH STREAMING DI MUSICA La selezione e i comandi della riproduzione musicale possono essere effettuati in due modi: o direttamente dal dispositivo di origine(smartphone, tablet o laptop etc.), o tramite i tasti sul telecomando della vostra SUPERSIGNAL. N.B.:, il livello del volume di riproduzione può essere variato indipendentemente da SUPERSIGNAL o dal dispositivo di origine.
SVEGLIA IMPOSTARE UNA SVEGLIA SUPERSIGNAL può archiviare due impostazioni sveglia singole. Selezionare quale delle Sveglie (Sveglia 1 o Sveglia 2) si desidera modificare o abilitare premendo una o due volte, poi select. Utilizzate il joystick per impostare ogni preferenza (segue elenco) per la vostra sveglia, premendo select per spostarsi alla preferenza successiva.
OROLOGIO SVEGLIA FUNZIONE SNOOZE SUPERSIGNAL include una funzionalità TOUCH-SNOOZE incorporate nel pannello anteriore in alluminio della radio. SNOOZE viene attivata dando un colpetto ovunque nell’area metallica durante una sveglia. SNOOZE vi consente di silenziare temporaneamente la sveglia per un periodo fino a 30 minuti. 14:12 Snooze 5 minutes La durata della funzione può essere impostata solo quando la radio è effettivamente nel processo di sveglia.
IMPOSTAZIONI DI SISTEMA SLEEP Utilizzando la funzione SLEEP, è possibile impostare SUPERSIGNAL perché passi automaticamente in modalità STANDBY. 14:12 Premere poi selezionare SLEEP. È ora possibile impostare il timer SLEEP su uno qualsiasi dei seguenti; 15, 30, 45, 60 o 90 minuti. DAB Dopo aver selezionato una durata dello sleep, SUPERSIGNAL tornerà al MENU MODALITÁ e mostrerà una piccola icona a forma di orologio in alto a sinistra sullo schermo.
IMPOSTAZIONI DI SISTEMA AGGIORNAMENTO AUTOMATICO Update from ANY : prende automaticamente orario/data dai segnali DAB o FM. SUPERSIGNAL deve essere operato in modalità DAB o FM (ed aver ricevuto un segnale) prima di poter ricavare questa informazione. 14:12 Auto Update UPDATE FROM DAB : Forza la radio a prendere orario/data dal segnale DAB. UPDATE FROM FM : Forza la radio a prendere orario/data dal segnale FM.
IMPOSTAZIONI DI SISTEMA RESET DI FABBRICA Selezionando FACTORY RESET dal menu IMPOSTAZIONI DI SISTEMA, è possibile resettare SUPERSIGNAL ai suoi valori iniziali predefiniti di fabbrica, cancellando qualsiasi impostazione personale configurata (ora/data e preselezioni saranno cancellate). Per eseguire un reset di fabbrica, premere poi selezionare FAC- TORY RESET. Ora rispondete YES.
RISOLUZIONE PROBLEMI PROBLEMA FM: SIBILO CAUSA Bassa intensità del segnale. DAB: Gorgoglio/Intermittente DAB: Spegnimento SOLUZIONI Controllare/spostare l’antenna. Spostare altrove la radio. Riscansionare solo stazioni locali (segnale forte) Per DAB, verificare copertura locale DAB: ‘Nessuna stazione disponibile’ Selezionare DISCONNECT dal menu Bluetooth sulla radio, e cancellare il profilo SUPERSIGNAL dal vostro dispositivo Bluetooth, poi rieffettuare il pairing con i dispositivo come di solito.
