POWER SUPPLY (PSU) Your SUPERCONNECT radio is supplied with a multi-region power supply, meaning that it can be operated in a number of countries around the world. Simply choose the correct adaptor for your country from the selection supplied, then follow the instructions below. $ !"# 2 Fully extend the antenna for DAB or FM operation SET-UP 1 Using the PSU supplied, connect one end to the DC power socket found on the rear of your radio, then plug the opposite end into the mains socket on the wall.
CONTROLLING SUPERCONNECT In order for you to get the most from your radio, it is important for you to understand how its joystick and menu system operates. JOYSTICK CONTROL Your radio uses a joystick based control system for ease of use. The joystick controller has four functions and is used in conjunction with a separate SELECT button.
DAB RADIO MODE GETTING READY FOR DAB OPERATION Please ensure that the radio’s antenna is extended before operation in DAB Mode. To enter DAB MODE, press the button until the DAB MODE intro screen is displayed, alternatively press DAB radio then select MAIN MENU, then DAB from menu option list.
DAB RADIO MODE SELECTING A STATION To access your radio’s station list, press UP, DOWN or LEFT on the joystick controller at any time, alternatively press then select STATION LIST. Station list Scroll through the available stations using UP and DOWN on the joystick controller, then either press the SELECT button to select your station choice, or tap the joystick RIGHT.
DAB MODE MENU OPTIONS STATION INFO In DAB MODE, SUPERCONNECT is capable of displaying various pieces of information on its screen. By pressing the button, you can sequentially cycle through the following types of information. BBC Radio 6Music STANDARD DAB SCREEN Shows scrolling text info from broadcaster Now Playing : Glasvegas Go Square Go! PROGRAMME TYPE For example News, Rock Music, Classical etc.
DAB MODE MENU OPTIONS DYNAMIC RANGE COMPRESSION (DRC) If you are listening to music with a high dynamic range in a noisy environment (for example, classical music while cooking), you may wish to compress the audio’s dynamic range. This has the effect of making quiet sounds louder, and loud sounds quieter. To change the DRC setting, press DRC DRC Low DRC High DRC Off # then choose the DRC option, before selecting OFF, LOW or HIGH.
FM RADIO MODE FM OPERATION Please ensure that the radio’s antenna is extended before operation in FM MODE. To enter FM MODE, press the button until the FM MODE intro screen is displayed, alternatively press then select MAIN MENU, then FM from menu option list. If this is the first time that SUPERCONNECT has been used in FM MODE, scanning will start at the beginning of the frequency range otherwise SUPERCONNECT will default to the station that was being listened to last. FM RADIO MODE FM SETTINGS Press the button to access the FM MODE MENU. From here you can set some FM preferences such as SCAN SETTING and AUDIO SETTING. SCAN SETTING allows you to decide whether the radio should stop scanning only when it finds a station with a strong signal. Scan setting Audio setting Main menu AUDIO SETTING gives you the option of listening to a station in mono, should the signal strength not be sufficiently strong to allow stereo reception.
BLUETOOTH MODE Wirelessly stream music from your Bluetooth smartphone, tablet, laptop or other Bluetooth enabled device directly to SUPERCONNECT, without the need for physical docking or connection. PAIRING WITH BLUETOOTH DEVICES ‘Pairing’ occurs when two Bluetooth devices talk to each other and establish a connection. This connection is stored in the memory of both devices, meaning that once you ‘pair’ a particular device with SUPERCONNECT, you shouldn’t have to go through the pairing process again.
BLUETOOTH MODE STREAMING MUSIC Selecting and controlling music playback can be done in one of two ways: either directly from the source device (smartphone, tablet or laptop etc.), or by using the buttons mounted on your radio’s front panel. Please note, the playback volume level can be independently controlled from either SUPERCONNECT or the source device.
INTERNET SETUP USING THE INTERNET RADIO SETUP WIZARD The first time you use SUPERCONNECT in INTERNET RADIO MODE, you will be asked whether you would like to run the SETUP WIZARD. The ‘WIZARD’ will run through a series of questions, and is the simplest way to get internet radio up and running on your device. If you have already run the SETUP WIZARD go to page 18. You can run the SETUP WIZARD again at any time, it can be found under the NETWORK heading, in the SYSTEM SETTINGS MENU.
INTERNET SETUP 6 Scroll and select your NETWORK. In some cases your radio may find more than one. Simply choose the one you want to use.
INTERNET RADIO MODE GETTING STARTED To enter INTERNET RADIO MODE, press the button until the INTERNET RADIO MODE intro screen is displayed, alternatively press then select MAIN MENU, then INTERNET RADIO from the menu option list. Internet radio On entering the INTERNET RADIO MAIN MENU you will be offered the choice of accessin the LAST LISTENED station or selecting a new one.
INTERNET RADIO MODE CHOOSING A STATION (Continued) Using the joystick controller, scroll through the options and press SELECT to choose your search criteria. For example, choosing LOCATION will give you an alphabetical list of continents/regions, and then a list of countries. Use the joystick controller to scroll through the list and press SELECT to choose your chosen continent, then country. You will then be given the option of choosing ALL STATIONS or a GENRE, to further refine your search.
INTERNET RADIO MODE MY FAVOURITES It is possible to compile a list (or lists) of your favourite stations, allowing quick and easy access to a number of stations from different countries and genres. To do this you must first register your radio with the Frontier Silicon Radio Portal. See the INTERNET RADIO PORTAL section on page 22. To store a station as a favourite, press and hold the SELECT button until FAVOURITE ADDED appears on the screen.
INTERNET RADIO MODE HELP The HELP option can be found in the STATIONS LIST MENU. Under HELP, you will find the ACCESS CODE that you require to register your radio on the Frontier Silicon Radio Portal (see page 22 for full instructions). LOCAL The LOCAL station list can be found under the STATION LIST MENU and will differ depending on which country you are currently located in.
INTERNET RADIO PORTAL ACCESSING ADDITIONAL FEATURES Some of SUPERCONNECT’s more advanced internet radio features can only be accessed by visiting the Frontier Silicon Radio Portal. In order to access these features you must first register your radio. REGISTERING YOUR RADIO In order to register your radio, you will need your radio’s unique access code. To find the access code, firstly enter INTERNET RADIO MODE, then press . Select STATION LIST, then HELP. Now select GET ACCESS CODE.
SETTING UP A MUSIC SERVER In order for SUPERCONNECT to be able to play music files from a connected computer, the computer must first be set up for media sharing. UPnP media sharing allows devices like SUPERCONNECT to play music from a shared media library, navigating through tag menus such as Artist, Album or Genre. If you are running a PC with Windows Media Player 11 or later (WMP), or an Apple Mac with OS X 10 or later and a UPnP application installed, you can connect SUPERCONNECT and stream audio.
SETTING UP A MUSIC SERVER SHARING MEDIA WITH A MAC In order to connect SUPERCONNECT to your Apple Mac, a third party UPnP server application is required. There are a number of applications available to download from the Internet. One such application is EyeConnect. This is an easy to install media sharing application that enables SUPERCONNECT to stream audio. EyeConnect can be downloaded from: http://www.elgato.com 3 Once installed, EyeConnect can be found on the System Preference panel.
MUSIC PLAYER MODE PLAYING AUDIO TRACKS IN THE MUSIC PLAYER MUSIC PLAYER MODE allows you to play audio files such as MP3s, AACs, WMAs or FLACs directly from a computer or music server on your local network. To enter MUSIC PLAYER MODE, press until the MUSIC PLAYER MODE intro screen is displayed, alternatively press then select MAIN MENU, then MUSIC PLAYER from the menu option list.
MUSIC PLAYER MODE SHARED MEDIA (From a UPnP Media Server) In MUSIC PLAYER MODE select SHARED MEDIA. If you have set up shared media (as described on page 23), you should see an entry, for the server you set up, example “SB-Laptop: Audio”. If you have more than one computer sharing media, the alternatives are listed. Select the shared media you want to play.
MUSIC PLAYER MODE PLAYLISTS SUPERCONNECT is capable of holding a queue of up to 500 tracks in its playlist. Playlist tracks can be mixed from multiple and UPnP servers devices. To manage the playlist, select MY PLAYLIST from the MUSIC PLAYER MENU. To view the contents of the playlist, scroll through it using the joystick control. To play the playlist from a certain track, give the select button a short press.
SPOTIFY CONNECT EXPLAINED Spotify Connect is a new home audio experience that provides effortless control and enjoyment of your music across a range of devices, from your phone, to your tablet, to your SuperConnect radio. SuperConnect owners with a Spotify Premium account can now enjoy instant access to over 20 million songs from the Spotify archive, all at superior audio sampling rates, simply download the Spotify app for smartphone or tablet.
SPOTIFY CONNECT Activate your Spotify account on SUPERCONNECT To activate Spotify on SUPERCONNECT, firstly ensure that both your radio and iOS/Android device are on the same wifi network and that you are running the latest Spotify app on your device. When the Spotify app recognises SUPERCONNECT on your network, the app’s Connect logo will be shown with a circle round it. Tap the Connect icon to display all available Spotify Connect enabled devices, then tap ‘Revo SuperConnect’ from the list.
SPOTIFY CONNECT Controlling Spotify Connect You can now control Spotify from the app like normal; search for and play your tracks, change the volume and add to playlists even though playback is through SUPERCONNECT. The next time you open the Spotify app, playback will continue through SUPERCONNECT and its name will appear at the bottom of the app’s playing screen. The music can also be controlled using the mounted on your radio’s front panel.
ALARM CLOCK SETTING AN ALARM SUPERCONNECT is able to store two individual alarm settings. To set or change an alarm, either press the button, or select MENU, Alarms Alarm 1: Off [06:55AM] Alarm 2: Off [07:50AM] then MAIN MENU, then ALARM. Select which of the ALARM SETTINGS (Alarm 1 or Alarm 2) you would like to modify or enable. Using the joystick controller, scroll through the options below, setting your preferences. Alarm 1 • • • • • • Enable: on/off Frequency: Daily, Once, Weekends or Weekdays.
ALARM CLOCK SLEEP MODE By using the SLEEP function, you can set SUPERCONNECT to automatically switch itself into STANDBY mode. Set sleep time Press then select MAIN MENU, then SLEEP. You can now set the SLEEP timer to any one of the following; 5, 10, 15 or 30 minutes. 15 MINS When you have selected a sleep duration, SUPERCONNECT will return to the MAIN MENU. Press to return to the NOW PLAYING screen.
SYSTEM SETTINGS EQUALISER SUPERCONNECT provides the user with a significant degree of control over its standard (factory default) audio settings. This includes control over BASS and TREBLE, LOUDNESS and the ability to use one of a number of preset EQ settings. It is also possible to create your own personalised EQ setting - known as “My EQ”. To adjust the audio settings , press then select MAIN MENU, followed by SYSTEM SETTINGS. Now select EQUALISER from the menu.
SYSTEM SETTINGS NETWORK Internet Setup The NETWORK MENU can be found under SYSTEM SETTINGS in the MAIN MENU and includes an entry for the INTERNET WIZARD, which will assist you in setting up your radio’s internet connection. Network Wizard scanning/ For the more experienced user, a variety of manual settings can also be accessed from here, as follows: INTERNET WIZARD : Simplifies the setup of your radio’s internet connection by taking you through step-by-step instructions.
SYSTEM SETTINGS TIME / DATE Found in the SYSTEM SETTINGS menu, this menu offers you the option of changing a number of time/date related settings. The TIME/DATE menu has three listings as follows: SET TIME / DATE : Allows you to manually set the time/date. AUTO UPDATE : Choose from three different automatic setting options. SET FORMAT : Choose whether you would like to use 12hr or 24hr formats.
SYSTEM SETTINGS LANGUAGE The default language on your radio is English, though 12 other languages are supported as follows: Danish Norwegian Dutch Polish Finnish Portuguese French Spanish German Swedish Italian Turkish Language To change the current language setting, select SYSTEM SETTINGS from the MAIN MENU, then LANGUAGE, then select your choice.
SYSTEM SETTINGS SOFTWARE UPDATES (Continued) If you’d prefer to manually check for software updates, press then select MAIN MENU. Now choose SYSTEM SETTINGS, then SOFTWARE UPDATES. Select AUTO-CHECK SETTING then choose NO when prompted. Software update Auto-Check setting Check now * To manually check for updates, select CHECK NOW from the SOFTWARE UPDATES menu. CAUTION: Before commencing a software upgrade, ensure that SuperConnect is plugged into a stable mains power connection.
TROUBLESHOOTING PROBLEM FM: HISS CAUSE SOLUTIONS Low signal strength. Check/move antenna. Move radio to another location. Rescan local (high-strength) stations only. For DAB, check local coverage at www.ukdigitalradio.com/coverage DAB: ‘No stations available’ Low signal strength. As above, then rescan stations. Cannot connect to network Network down. Check that network is working between computer and the router. Router restricts access to listed MAC addresses.
TROUBLESHOOTING PROBLEM Cannot connect to Internet Cannot play particular Internet radio station CAUSE SOLUTIONS Internet connection down Check that the Internet is working for a computer connected to the same network. Firewall preventing access Check the following ports are open: UDP and TCP ports 80 and 123 DNS port 53. Some Internet radio stations may require additional ports to be opened. Station not broadcasting Overloaded or insufficient bandwidth. Try other stations.

Format error Cannot recognise file format independent of network. Received .wma, but found that the stream wasn’t WMA when trying to decode. BLUETOOTH MODUS Kabellose Übertragung von Musik von Ihrem Bluetooth Smartphone, Tablet, Laptop oder anderem Bluetooth-fähigen Gerät direkt an SUPERCONNECT, ohne die Benötigung einer Dockingstation oder einer physischen Verbindung. PAIRING MIT BLUETOOTH GERÄTEN Um “Pairing” geht es, wenn zwei Bluetooth-Geräte miteinander sprechen und eine Verbindung aufbauen.
BLUETOOTH MODUS MUSIK STREAMING Die Auswahl und Steuerung der Musikwiedergabe kann auf zwei Arten erfolgen: entweder direkt aus dem Quelle-Gerät (Smartphone, Tablet oder Laptop usw.), oder durch die Tasten , die sich auf der Frontplatte Ihres Radios befinden. INTERNETEINRICHTUNG EINSTELLUNGEN VOM INTERNETRADIO ÜBER WIZARD Beim ersten Mal, dass Sie SUPERCONNECT im MODUS INTERNETRADIO benutzen, werden Sie gefragt, ob Sie das WIZARD SETUP [gesteuerte Einstellung] ausführen möchten. MODE RADIO FM REGLAGES FM Appuyez sur la touche pour avoir accès au MENU MODE FM. A partir d’ici vous pouvez régler certaines préférences FM comme REGLAGE DE BLAYAGE (SCAN SETTING) et REGLAGE AUDIO (AUDIO SETTING). REGLAGE DE BALAYAGE (SCAN SETTING) vous permet de décider si la radio doit arrêter de balayer seulement quand elle trouve une station radio avec un signal fort.
MODE BLUETOOTH Transmettez sans fil la musique à partir de votre Smartphone Bluetooth, tablet, laptop ou autre appareil avec Bluetooth directement à SUPERCONNECT, sans besoin de station d’accueil physique ou de raccord. APPAIRAGE AVEC APPAREIL BLUETOOTH L’appairage se vérifie quand deux appareils Bluetooth parlent entre eux ou établissent une connexion.
MODE BLUETOOTH TRANSMETTRE DE LA MUSIQUE La sélection et le contrôle de la lecture de la musique peut être fait de deux façons : soit directement à partir de l’appareil source (smartphone, tablet ou laptop etc.), soit en utilisant les touches sur le panneau avant de votre radio. REVEIL REGLAGE REVEIL SUPERCONNECT est capable d’enregistrer 2 réglages réveil. REGLAGES DU SYSTEME EGALISEUR SUPERCONNECT fourni à l’utilisateur un degré élevé de contrôle sur les réglages audio standard (prédéfini par le fabriquant). REGLAGES DU SYSTEME HEURE / DATE Trouvez dans le menu REGLAGES DU SYSTEME l’option qui vous permet de changer les réglages de l’heure / date. REGLAGE SU SYSTEME LANGUE La langue prédéfinie sur votre radio est l’anglais, mais 12 autres langues sont aussi bien disponibles comme : Danois Hollandais Finlandais Français Allemande Italien, Norvégien Polonais Portugais Espagnol Suédois Turque. Language Pour changer le réglage de la langue courante, sélectionnez REGLAGES DU SYSTEM à partir du MENU PRINCIPAL, ensuite LANGUE, ensuite sélectionnez votre choix.
REGLAGES DU SYSTEME MISE A JOUR LOGICIEL (à suivre) Si vous préférez contrôler manuellement les mises à jour du logiciel, appuyez sur , ensuite sélectionnez MENU PRINCIPAL. COMANDI SUPERCONNECT Per ottenere il Massimo dalla vostra radio, è importante capire il funzionamento del suo joystick e del sistema di menu. COMANDO JOYSTICK La vostra radio utilizza un sistema di commando a joystick per semplicità di utilizzo. Il comando joystick ha quattro funzioni ed è utilizzato insieme a nu tasto SELECT separato.
MODALITÁ RADIO DAB INTRODUZIONE AL FUNZIONAMENTO Assicurarsi che l’antenna della radio sia stata estratta prima del funzionamento in MODALITÁ DAB. Per entrare in MODALITÁ DAB, premere il tasto fino a visualizzare la schermata introduttiva della MODALITÁ DAB, oppure premere DAB radio poi selezionare MENU PRINCIPALE, poi DAB dall’elenco delle opzioni del menu.
MODALITÁ RADIO DAB SELEZIONE DI UNA STAZIONE Per accedere all’elenco delle stazioni della vostra radio, premere UP, DOWN o LEFT sul comando joystick in qualsiasi momento , oppure premere poi selezionare ELENCO STAZIONI. Station list Scorrere tra le the stazioni disponibili utilizzando UP e DOWN sul comando joystick, poi premere SELECT per selezionare la vostra scelta della stazione, oppure date un colpetto al joystick a DESTRA.
OPZIONI MODALITÀ MENU DAB INFO STAZIONE In MODALITÀ DAB, SUPERCONNECT è in grado di mostrare diverse informazioni sul suo schermo. Premendo , è possibile scorrere in sequenza attraverso i seguenti tipi di informazioni.
OPZIONI MODALITÀ MENU DAB COMPRESSIONE DEL RANGE DINAMICO (DRC) Se state ascoltando della musica con alto range dimamico in un ambiente rumoroso (per esempio, musica classica mentre cucinate), potreste voler comprimere il range dinamico della radio, riequilibrando l’intensità dei suoni. Per modificare l’impostazione DRC, premere DRC DRC Low DRC High DRC Off # poi selezionare l’opzione DRC, prima selezionando OFF, LOW o HIGH.
MODALITÀ RADIO FM FUNZIONAMENTO FM Assicurarsi che l’antenna della radio sia estratta prima del funzionamento in MODALITÀ FM. Per entrare in MODALITÀ FM, premere il tasto fino a visualizzare la schermata iniziale della MODALITÀ FM intro schermo , oppure premere poi selezionare MENU PRINCIPALE, poi FM da elenco opzioni menu.
MODALITÀ RADIO FM IMPOSTAZIONI FM Premere per accedere al MENU MODALITÀ FM. Da qui è possibile impostare alcune preferenze FM come IMPOSTAZIONE SCANSIONE e IMPOSTAZIONE AUDIO IMPOSTAZIONE SCANSIONE vi consente di decidere se la radio deve interrompere la scansione solo quando trova una stazione con un segnale forte.
MODALITÀ BLUETOOTH Musica wirelessdal vostro smartphone Bluetooth, tablet, laptop o altro dispositivo abilitato Bluetooth direttamente su SUPERCONNECT, senza bisogno di stazione docking o di connessione fisica. PAIRING CON DISPOSITIVI BLUETOOTH Il ‘Pairing’ si ha quando due dispositivi Bluetooth si parlano e stabiliscono una connessione.
MODALITÀ BLUETOOTH STREAMING DI MUSICA La selezione e i comandi della riproduzione musicale possono essere effettuati in due modi: o direttamente dal dispositivo di origine(smartphone, tablet o laptop etc.), o tramite i tasti sul pannello frontale della vostra radio. N.B.:, il livello del volume di riproduzione può essere variato indipendentemente da o SUPERCONNECT o dal dispositivo di origine.
IMPOSTAZIONE INTERNET UTILIZZANDO IL WIZARD SETUP PER INTERNET RADIO La prima volta che utilizzare SUPERCONNECT in MODALITÁ INTERNET RADIO, vi sarà chiesto se desiderate eseguire l’ IMPOSTAZIONE WIZARD. Il ‘WIZARD’ effettuerà una serie di domande, ed è il modo più semplice per mettere in funzione la radio internet sul vostro dispositivo. Se avete già eseguito l’IMPOSTAZIONE WIZARD andate a pagina 18.
IMPOSTAZIONE INTERNET 6 Scorrere e selezionare il vostro NETWORK. In alcuni casi la radio può trovarne più di uno. Selezionare quello che si desidera utilizzare.
MODALITÀ INTERNET RADIO INTRODUZIONE Per entrare in MODALITÁ INTERNET RADIO, premere fino a visualizzare la schermata iniziale della MODALITÁ INTERNET RADIO, oppure premere poi selezionare MENU PRINCIPALE, poi INTERNET RADIO dal’elenco opzioni menu. Internet radio Entrando nel MENU PRINCIPALE vi sarà offerta la possibilità di accedere all’ultima stazione ascoltata o selezionarne una nuova.
MODALITÀ INTERNET RADIO SELEZIONARE UNA STAZIONE (Continua) Utilizzando il comando joystick, scorrere le opzioni e premere SELECT per selezionare i vostri criteri di ricerca. Per esempio, scegliere LOCATION vi darà un elenco alfabetico di continenti/regioni, e poi un elenco di paesi. Utilizzate il comando joystick per scorrere l’elenco e premere SELECT per selezionare il vostro continente scelto, poi paese. Potrete poi selezionare TUTTE LE STAZIONI o GENRE, per raffinare ulteriormente la ricerca.
MODALITÀ INTERNET RADIO I MIEI PREFERITI È possibile compilare un elenco (o elenchi) di vostre stazioni preferite, permettendo un accesso facile e rapido ad una serie di stazioni di diversi paesi e generi. Per fare ciò,è necessario registrare la vostra radio con il Frontier Silicon Radio Portal. Vedi la sezione PORTALE INTERNET RADIO a pagina 22. Per archiviare una stazione preferita, premere e tenere premuto SELECT fino a visualizzare FAVOURITE ADDED .
MODALITÀ INTERNET RADIO HELP L’opzione HELP si trova nel MENU ELENCO STAZIONI. In HELP, troverete il CODICE DI ACCESSO necessario per registrare la vostra radio sul Frontier Silicon Radio Portal (vedi pagina 22 per le istruzioni complete). LOCAL L’ elenco stazioni LOCAL si trova nel MENU ELENCO STAZIONI e differirà a seconda del paese in cui vi trovate attualmente.
PORTALE INTERNET RADIO ACCESSO ALLE FUNZIONALITÁ AGGIUNTIVE Alcune delle più avanzate funzionalità internet radio di SUPERCONNECT possono essere fruite soltanto visitando il Frontier Silicon Radio Portal. Per accedere a queste funzionalità dovete prima registrare la vostra radio. REGISTRARE LA VOSTRA RADIO Per registrare la vostra radio, avrete bisogno del codice unico di accesso dell’’apparecchio. Per trovare il codice di accesso, prima entrare in MODALITÁ INTERNET RADIO, poi premere .
MPOSTAZIONE DI UN SERVER MUSICALE Perchè SUPERCONNECT possa riprodurre file musicali da un computer collegato, il computer deve essere prima configurato per il media sharing. Il media sharing UPnP consente ai dispositivi come SUPERCONNECT di riprodurre musica da una libreria media condivisa navigando nei menu di tag come Artista, Album o Genere.
IMPOSTAZIONE DI UN SERVER MUSICALE MEDIA SHARING CON UN MAC Per collegare SUPERCONNECT al vostro Apple Mac, è necessaria una terza applicazione server UPnP. Esistono diverse applicazioni disponibili da scaricare in Internet. Una è EyeConnect. È un’applicazione semplice da installare che abilita SUPERCONNECT per trasmettere audio. EyeConnect può essere scaricata da: http://www.elgato.com 3 Una volta installata, EyeConnect si troverà nel pannello Preferenze di Sistema.
MODALITÁ MUSIC PLAYER RIPRODURRE TRACCE AUDIO NEL MUSIC PLAYER La MODALITÀ MUSIC PLAYER vi consente di riprodurre file audio come MP3s, AAC, WMA o FLAC direttamente da a computer o music server sulla vostra rete locale. Per entrare in MODALITÁ MUSIC PLAYER MODE, premere visualizzare la schermata iniziale, oppure premere fino a poi selezionare MENU PRINCIPALE, poi MUSIC PLAYER dal’elenco opzioni menu.
MODALITÁ MUSIC PLAYER SHARED MEDIA (Da un Media Server UPnP) In MODALITÀ MUSIC PLAYER selezionare SHARED MEDIA. Se avete configurato contenuti condivisi (come descritto a pagina 23), dovreste visualizzar e una voce per il server che avete configurato, per esempio “SB-Laptop: Audio”. Se avete più di un computer con il media sharing, le alternative vengono elencate. Selezionare il media condiviso che si desidera riprodurre.
MODALITÁ MUSIC PLAYER PLAYLISTS SUPERCONNECT è in grado di accodare fino a 500 brani nella sua playlist. I brani della playlist possono essere mixati da dispositivi multipli e server UPnP . Per gestire la playlist, selezionare MY PLAYLIST dal MENU MUSIC PLAYER. Per visualizzar ei contenuti della playlist , scorrerla utilizzando il joystick. Per riprodurre la playlist da un dato brano, premere brevemente il tasto selezione.
SPOTIFY CONNECT EXPLAINED Spotify Connect è una nuova esperienza home audio che fornisce un comodo controllo e il piacere della vostra musica attraverso una gamma di dispositivi, dal vostro telefono, al vostro tablet, alla vostra radio SuperConnect. I proprietari di SuperConnect con un account Spotify Premium possono ora godere di un accesso immediato a oltre 20 milioni di brani dall’archivio Spotify, tutte ad un tasso di campionatura superiore, basta scaricare l’app Spotify per smartphone o tablet.
SPOTIFY CONNECT Attivare il vostro account Spotify su SUPERCONNECT Per attivare Spotify su SUPERCONNECT, prima assicurarsi che la vostra radio e il dispositivo iOS/Android siano sulla stessa rete wifi network e che abbiate l’ultima app Spotify sul vostro dispositivo. Quando l’app Spotify riconosce SUPERCONNECT sulla vostra rete, il logo di connessione della app apparirà cerchiato.
SPOTIFY CONNECT Controllo Spotify Connect È possibile ora controllare Spotify dall’app come di solito; ricercare e riprodurre I vostri brani, regolare il volume e aggiungere alla playlist anche se la riproduzione è attraverso SUPERCONNECT. La prossima volta che aprite Spotify, la riproduzione continuerà attraverso SUPERCONNECT e il suo nome comparirà in fondo allo schermo di riproduzione della app. La musica può anche essere comandata tramiteI tasti sul pannello anteriore della radio.
SVEGLIA IMPOSTARE UNA SVEGLIA SUPERCONNECT può archiviare due impostazioni sveglia singole. Per impostare o modificare una sveglia, premere , o selezionare Alarms Alarm 1: Off [06:55AM] Alarm 2: Off [07:50AM] MENU, poi MENU PRINCIPALE, poi ALARM. Selezionare quale delle ALARM SETTINGS (Sveglia 1 o Sveglia 2) si desidera modificare o abilitare. Utilizzando il joystick, scorrere le seguenti opzioni, impostando le vostre preferenze.
SVEGLIA MODALITÁ SLEEP Utilizzando la funzione SLEEP, è possibile impostare SUPERCONNECT perché passi automaticamente in modalità STANDBY. Set sleep time Premere poi selezionare MENU PRINCIPALE, poi SLEEP. È possibile ora impostare il timer SLEEP su uno qualsiasi dei seguenti; 5, 10, 15 o 30 minuti. 15 MINS Quando avete selezionato la durate dello sleep, SUPERCONNECT tornerà al MENU PRINCIPALE. IMPOSTAZIONI DI SISTEMA EQUALIZZATORE SUPERCONNECT offre all’utente un significativo grado di controllo sulle sue impostazioni audio predefinite (di fabbrica). Tra queste, la regolazione di ALTI e BASSI, TONO e la capacità di utilizzare una delle diverse impostazioni EQ preselezionate. È inoltre possibile creare le vostre impostazioni EQ personalizzate - chiamate “My EQ”. Per regolare le impostazioni audio, premere poi selezionare MENU PRINCIPALE, seguito da IMPOSTAZIONI DI SISTEMA.
IMPOSTAZIONI DI SISTEMA NETWORK Internet Setup Il MENU NETWORK si trova in IMPOSTAZIONI DI SISTEMA nel MENU PRINCIPALE e include un input per l’INTERNET WIZARD, che vi assisterà nel configurare la connessione internet della radio. IMPOSTAZIONI DI SISTEMA ORA / DATA Nel menu IMPOSTAZIONI DI SISTEMA, questo menu vi offre l’opzione di modificare una serie di impostazioni relative a ora/data. Il menu ORA/DATA ha I tre seguenti elenchi: SET TIME / DATE : Vi consente di impostare manualmente ora/data. AUTO UPDATE : Scegliete da tre diverse opzioni di impostazione automatiche. Time/Date Set Time/Date Auto update Set format Set timezone Daylight savings > > SET FORMAT : Scegliete se desiderate utilizzare il formato da 12 o 24 ore.
IMPOSTAZIONI DI SISTEMA LINGUA La lingua predefinita sulla vostra radio è l’Inglese, ma sono supportante anche le seguenti 12 lingue: Danese Norvegese Olandese Finlandese Polacco Portoghese Francese Tedesco Spagnolo Svedese Italiano Turco Language Per modificaret le impostazioni di lingua correnti, selezionare IMPOSTAZIONI DI SISTEMA dal MENU PRINCIPALE, poi LINGUA, poi selezionare la vostra scelta.
IMPOSTAZIONI DI SISTEMA Aggiornamenti software (Continua) Se preferite ricercare manualmente aggiornamenti software, premere poi selezionare MENU PRINCIPALE. Ora selezionare SYSTEM SETTINGS, poi SOFTWARE UPDATES. Selezionare AUTO-CHECK SETTING poi selezionare NO quando suggerito. TROUBLESHOOTING PROBLEMA FM: sibilo CAUSA SOLUZIONI Bassa intensità del segnale. Controllare/spostare l’antenna. Spostare altrove la radio. Riscansionare solo stazioni locali (segnale forte). Per DAB, verificare copertura locale DAB: ‘Nessuna stazione disponibile stazioni.’ Bassa intensità del segnale.. Come sopra, poi nuova scansione Impossibile collegarsi al network La rete è giù. Verificare che la rete stia funzionando tra computer e router.
