SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Do not place the product in an area of high temperature, low temperature, or
high humidity.
Unplug the cable immediately if you notice an abnormal sound, smoke, odor, or
damage and report it to the retailer or distributor.
Do not apply substantial impact to the product.
Do not disassemble, repair, or alter, since it can cause re or electric shock.
Do not touch the product with wet hands since it can cause electric shock.
Do not place a credit card, bankbook, magnetic tape, or other objects that are
vulnerable to magnetism on the product.
Use only the bundled cable for optimal charging eciency.
We recommend the use of Retroduck QC3.0 adapter (DB15Q) for safe use.
Do not place any conductive metallic object on top of the product.
Do not use the product with conductive accessories such as a metallic case or
smart ring.
A user arbitrarily altering the product excludes the product from free warranty
service.
If the product is contaminated with foreign substances, pull out the cable,
remove the mobile phone, and wipe the product with a soft cloth, etc., without
using chemicals such as alcohol or benzene.
Please contact the Service Center if you experience a problem while using the
product.
Please read the following for safe use of this product.
This product is manufactured through strict quality management and inspection.
Please present this Warranty when the product requires repair. The product is
not subject to free warranty service if there is no Warranty.
The free warranty period for this product is 12 months. In the event of a
manufacturing defect or failure during normal use within the warranty period
from the date of purchase, the product is subject to free repair.

TROUBLESHOOTING
No wireless charging
1. Check if your mobile phone model supports wireless charging.
2. Check if you are using the enclosed cable and an adapter that supports QC3.0 or
higher.
3. You cannot use a metallic mobile phone case or a smart ring.
No fast wireless charging
1. Check if you are using the enclosed cable and an adapter that supports QC3.0 or
higher.
2. Check if your mobile phone model supports fast wireless charging.
3. Check if the “Fast wireless charging” function is turned on in the settings menu of
your mobile phone (For Samsung Galaxy: Settings ▷ Battery ▷ Advanced Settings).
Excessive heating while using the mobile phone
1. A mobile phone automatically slows or stops charging if the system temperature
increases above a specic level.
2. Retroduck Q’s overheating prevention feature stops charging when the
temperature exceeds 80oC and resumes charging 5 minutes after it conrms a
normal temperature.
LED remaining lit after fully charging
1. The indicator LED does not turn o for some iPhone and LG mobile phone models.
2. It is because of the communication specications dened by the mobile phone
manufacturer for wireless charging devices. Retroduck Q enters the normal standby
status after full charging, even though the LED does not turn o.
LED blinking white
1. Check if you are using the enclosed cable.
2. Check if you are using an adapter that supports QC3.0 or higher.
3. The DPL state refers to the state of an adapter that is temporarily not supplying
sucient power. The DPL state is usually temporary and quickly recovers to a normal
operational state.
4. The charger may be in DPL state due to insucient power supply in some
operating environments if it is connected to a USB port of a PC or notebook.
LED blinking red
1. Check that you are using the enclosed cable and an adapter that supports QC3.0
or higher.
2. We recommend a case of 3 mm or less thickness to assure optimal charging
eciency and to t the center of the mobile phone to the engraved circle mark.
"3. The mobile phone automatically regulates the current for wireless charging
according to the manufacturer’s specications.
Wireless charging may take longer than normal if the mobile phone is at a high
temperature or the remaining battery level is more than a certain level, depending
on the model."
The legs being not well adjusted
1. The legs are initially slightly tight and are designed to rotate moderately smoothly
when used multiple times.
2. Be careful not to use excessive force or pull it out, even if it's a bit tight in the
beginning.
In the event of a malfunction, first check the following and then, if the
product still fails to operate normally, please contact the point of
purchase or Retroduck Customer Center.

화약약품(알코올, 벤젠 등)을 사용하지 말고 부드러운 천 등으로 닦아 주십시오.
제품 사용 시 문제가 발생하였을 경우 당사 서비스센터로 연락해 주십시오.
본 제품은 엄격한 품질관리 및 검사를 거쳐서 만들어진 제품입니다.
수리를 요할 때에는 보증서를 꼭 제시하십시오. 보증서가 없을 경우, 무상수리가
지원되지 않습니다.

문제 해결하기
무선충전이 되지 않는 경우
1. 가지고 계신 휴대폰이 무선충전을 지원하는 모델인지 확인해주세요.
2. 동봉된 케이블과 QC3.0 이상을 지원하는 어댑터를 사용하고 계신지 확인해주세요.
3. 금속재질의 휴대폰 케이스나 스마트링 등은 사용하실 수 없습니다.
고속무선충전이 되지 않는 경우
1. 동봉된 케이블과 QC3.0 이상을 지원하는 어댑터를 사용하고 계신지 확인해주세요.
2. 가지고 계신 휴대폰이 고속무선충전을 지원하는 모델인지 확인해주세요.
3. 휴대폰 설정 메뉴를 통해 '고속무선충전' 기능이 켜져 있는지 확인해주세요. (갤럭시의
경우, 설정▷배터리▷고급설정)
사용중 휴대폰 발열이 심한 경우
1. 휴대폰은 자체 시스템에 따라 자체 온도가 일정 기준 이상 올라가는 경우, 스스로
충전량을 낮추거나 중단합니다.
2. 온도가 80도 이상 올라가는 경우, 레트로덕Q의 과열방지 기능에 따라 충전이 중단되며,
정상온도 확인 5분 후 충전이 재개됩니다.
완충시 LED 가 꺼지지 않는 경우
1. 아이폰, LG 등의 일부 휴대폰의 경우, 완충시 상태표시 LED가 꺼지지 않습니다.
2. 이는 해당 휴대폰 제조사가 정한 무선충전기와의 통신규격 때문이며, 완충시 LED 가
꺼지지 않지만 레트로덕은 정상적으로 대기 상태에 들어갑니다.
LED가 흰색으로 깜빡이는 경우
1. 동봉된 케이블을 사용했는지 확인해주세요.
2. QC3.0 이상을 지원하는 어댑터를 사용하고 계신지 확인해주세요.
3. DPL 상태는 어댑터가 일시적으로 충분한 전력을 공급하고 있지 못한 상태를
의미합니다. 보통의 경우 DPL 상태는 일시적이며, 곧 정상 작동 상태로 전환됩니다.
4. PC, 노트북 등에 탑재 된 USB 포트에 연결되는 경우, 사용 환경에 따라 공급 전력
부족으로 DPL 상태가 될 수 있습니다.
LED가 빨간색으로 깜빡이는 경우
1. 휴대폰 케이스에 카드가 수납 된 경우, 또는 금속 재질의 휴대폰 케이스를 사용하시는
경우 오작동의 원인이 될 수 있습니다.
무선충전이 오래 걸리는 경우
1. 동봉된 케이블과 QC3.0 이상을 지원하는 어댑터를 사용하고 계신지 확인해주세요.
2. 최적의 충전 효율을 위해 가급적 두께 3mm 이하의 케이스 사용을 권장하며, 음각된
원형 표시에 휴대폰 중심을 맞춰 거치하시기 바랍니다.
3. 휴대폰은 각 제조사가 정한 규칙에 따라 무선충전을 위한 전류를 스스로 조절합니다.
휴대폰이 고온상태이거나, 기종에 따라 배터리 잔량이 일정 수치 이상인 경우 무선충전은
평소보다 오래 걸릴 수 있습니다.
다리 조절이 잘 되지 않는 경우
1. 다리는 초기에 약간 빡빡하게 돌아가며, 수회 사용을 거쳐 적당한 마찰로 돌아가도록
설계되어 있습니다.
2. 초기에 다소 빡빡하더라도 무리한 힘을 가해 돌리거나 뽑지 않도록 주의해주세요.
고장 발생 시 다음 조치 사항을 확인한 후에도 정상적으로 작동하지 않으면
구입처나 레트로덕 고객 센터에 문의하십시오.
