IMPORTANT NOTICE:

● Place all wooden parts on a clean and smooth surface such as a rug or carpet to avoid the parts from being scratched.

● Check to be sure that you have all parts and hardware.

● Remove all wrapping materials, including staples & packing straps before you start to assemble.

● Do not tighten all screws/bolts until completely assembled.

● Keep all hardware parts out of reach of children.

9099- INSTRUCTIONS

Parts :

A: Base • B: Cylinder • C: Chair • D: Mechanism • E: Bolts(4)

STEP 1 : Insert the black side of the Cylinder(B) into

the Base(A).

STEP 2A : Attach Mechanism(D) to base of Chair(C) using 4

Bolts(E).

STEP 2B : Insert silver end of Cylinder(B) into Mechanism(D).

NOTE: Mechanism includes front of chair indication.
