IMPORTANT NOTICE:
● Place all wooden parts on a clean and smooth surface such as a rug or carpet to avoid the parts from being scratched.
● Check to be sure that you have all parts and hardware.
● Remove all wrapping materials, including staples & packing straps before you start to assemble.
● Do not tighten all screws/bolts until completely assembled.
● Keep all hardware parts out of reach of children.

Organize your parts and hardware.
Hardware Components include: A) 4 Small Bolts B) 4 Medium Bolts C) 4 Large Bolts D) 4 Wood Caps
E/F) Allen Keys G) 8 Metal washers
Chair Components include: H) 5 casters I) Chair Mechanism J) Cylinder K) Cylinder Cover L) 2 arms M) Base N) Seat
Back O) Seat Base
Step 1: Insert Casters (H) into Base
(N) and Insert Cylinder (J) with cylin-
der cover (K) over it into base.
Step 2: Attach mechanism (I) to Chair
Base (O) with 4 small bolts (A) and
washers (G) as shown below.
Step 3: Connect Seat back (N) to
chair base with 4 medium bolts (B)
and washers (G).

Step 4: Attach Arm (L) to chair with
2 large bolts (C). (Do not completely
tighten any bolts until all are started.)
Place wood caps over holes. Repeat
for second arm.
Step 5: Attach chair to base by
inserting Cylinder into cylinder
connection in the mechanism under
the chair.
Step 6: Apply pressure to chair seat
to ensure a good locking cylinder.
