RAVE Sports provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty, Limited 1 Year Warranty, or Limited 30 Day

Warranty with all of our products. Register your product now with our warranty registration.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

RAVE'S LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY INCLUDES PROLINE REINFORCED PRODUCT SUCH

AS THE AQUA JUMP, ICEBERGS, BONGO'S, ETC. IF YOU ARE UNSURE WHAT WARRANTY

YOUR PRODUCT IS UNDER, PLEASE CONTACT US.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE PRODUCTS WHEN USED IN A COMMERCIAL ENVIRONEMENT

ARE BOUND BY A LIMITED 1 YEAR WARRANTY.

The Limited Lifetime Warranty set forth below is given by RAVE Sports®, A Revel Match, LLC

company with respect to product(s) purchased and used in the United States and Canada.

All Reinforced PVC Products have a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturer’s defects in

material or workmanship, so long as the product remains in the possession of the original owner.

The Limited Lifetime for our Reinforced PVC Products is up to (7) seven years; this may vary

depending on use and other conditions. What is covered are the defects in the material or

workmanship caused by the manufacturer. Any warranty repairs or replacements during the

warranty period will be fully covered during the first two years of ownership and partially covered

based on a depreciated replacement schedule for the remaining (5) five years. The depreciated

replacement schedule equates to a 20 percent decline in the replacement value per year.

When returning any product under this Limited Lifetime Warranty, you must first contact RAVE

Sports® to obtain a return authorization number. The product must be packaged in its original carton

or comparable packaging with a copy of the bill of sale (or invoice of purchase), together with a

complete explanation of the problem. Shipping charges, if any, must be prepaid. Products covered

by this Limited Lifetime Warranty will be returned to you without charge by RAVE Sports®.

This Limited Lifetime Warranty covers all defects encountered in normal use of the product

and does NOTapply in the following cases:

a) Loss or damage due to abuse, mishandling, alteration, accident

b) Failure to follow operating, maintenance, or storage instructions

Our PVC vinyl products are covered under a Limited ONE YEAR Warranty against manufacturer’s defects from the date of purchase. Any holes, scrapes, tearing or external damage is not covered under the Limited One Year Warranty. RAVE Sports’® product(s), when delivered to you in a new condition in original container, are warranted against defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase when used in a non-commercial application.

above limitation may not apply to you. This Limited 1 Year Warranty shall not extend to anyone other than the original purchaser of any product, or the person for whom it was purchased as a gift. This Limited One Year Warranty gives you specific legal rights. To the extent that such rights cannot be disclaimed under applicable law, this limited warranty does not affect such rights.
