INSTALLATION
1. Plug outdoor sensor into unit.
2. Install battery with correct polarity positioning.
3. Place unit at the place away from direct sunlight, rain or extreme heat.
4. Put the transmitter into the fridge.
OPERATION
1. Turn on the receiver.
2. Press [ ] on the transmitter to turn on. Blue LED light would flash 5 times. Press and hold for 3 seconds to turn of
3. f the transmitter and blue LED light would flash 2 times.
LOW AND HIGH ALARM LIMIT SETTING
1. Press [Mode] to enable alarm setting.
2. Press [LO] to set low alarm limit*.
3. Press [HI ] to set high alarm limit*.
4. Press [MODE] to return to normal display.
5. When the current reading is lower or higher than the alarm limit the alarm will sound.
6. To stop the alarm sound press any button once. The LO or HI icon will still be flashing until the current reading is within the alarm limit.
7. Press [] to disable or enable the alarm function.
* Holding down the button will increase the value automatically.
RESET MINIMUM (MIN) and MAXIMUM (MAX) READING MEMORY
1. In MIN-MAX display mode, press [Min-Reset] to reset minimum reading memory to current reading.
2. Press [Max-Reset] to reset maximum reading memory to current reading.
3. Reset the memory once before taking new minimum or maximum reading.
INDOOR / OUTDOOR / WIRELESS TEMPERATURE DISPLAY
Press [AMB/EXT/WIRELESS] to select indoor(AMB), outdoor(EXT) or wireless( ) temperature display.
* When power up, display indoor temperature.
CODE REMATCH
1. The transmitter has already been synchronized with the receiver at ex-factory setting. If rematch is needed, turn off the receiver, press and hold [ Mode ] and turn
on the receiver, after 5 seconds. Rematch mode would start and “Syn” icon will appear in the display.
2. Turn off the transmitter. Then press and hold [ ] for 5 seconds to start rematch.
3. The units would restore the new code automatically and return to normal mode.
NOTE
1. If the thermometer is not in use for a long period of time then remove the battery from battery compartment to avoid battery leakage.
2. Do not operate the thermometer in the environmental temperature lower than 0C/32F or higher than 50C/122F otherwise incorrect readings or damage to the
thermometer may result
