Qadvanced Roller Shade Z-Wave Programming Instructions IMPORTANT Read and understand each section before performing required steps During FIRST TIME SETUP after Step 2. The shade will be in ADD mode immediately after power up for 3 minutes. If not added the shade will time-out and require another attempt. JOG is a short back and forth movement. The process should be restarted if the expected results differ or a failure indication is received. FIRST TIME SETUP (Z-Wave ADD) 1.
IMPORTANT Open/Close Position can be set after the first ADD of the device by using the calibration mode. The triple jog action is an indication of failure and the process is aborted. If the expected results differ or a failure is indicated, restart the calibration process. SETTING OPEN/CLOSE LIMIT 1. IMPORTANT When changing the batteries, be sure NOT to remove the battery release trigger. The battery tube cap is spring loaded. Unscrew it cautiously. Ensure the shade is supported adequately while performing the operation. BATTERY REPLACEMENT 1.
