2. Place them back inside the Charging Case and

charge the earbuds for at least 30 min. before you

begin use.

Pairing The Buds

1. Take out one, or both, earbuds. To pair them

to your desired device, go to the Bluetooth

Settings and select Purity One Pro.

2. Now, the earbuds are paired to your device.

If You Cannot Find Purity One Pro In The Bluetooth List

Reason 1: The earbuds are paired to another device.

Solution: Please disconnect the earbuds by turning OFF the Bluetooth on

the mistaken connected device, then pair the earbuds to the desired

device.

Reason 2: The earbuds have reached 0% battery life.

Solution: Place the earbuds back inside the Charging Case. Allow the

earbuds to charge for 5 mins. If the Charging Case has reached 0% battery

life, plug it into a USB Power source while the earbuds are inside. (USB

Cable provided).

Reason 3: The earbuds are OFF.

Solution: It’s possible the earbuds were accidentally manually turned OFF.

Press and hold the MFB’s for 3-4 seconds to turn the earbuds ON.

Modes Stereo Mode Take out both earbuds. Wait for the pairing process to be completed and use both earbuds. Single Ear Mode Keep one earbud inside the Charging Case while the other earbud will enter Single Ear Mode when successfully paired to your device. Wireless Charging Compatibility Choose any popular wireless charging pad and place the Purity One Pro centered onto the top of the charging pad to begin wireless charging.
