Installations NOTE : you should install the tuner card before using the camera with your PC. Hardware Installation 1.Make sure that your computer is switched off. (2) If your are using a device that is equipped with an S-video cable jack, use that cable instead of the AV cable and plug it into the S-video input connector on the capture card.
