WARNING

FIRE OR EXPLOSION MAY OCCUR! Heater has hot arching or sparking parts inside. Do not

use it in areas where gasoline, paint or flammable liquids are used or stored.

RISK OF FIRE. To prevent a possible fire, Do not block intakes or exhaust in any manner. Do not

use on soft surfaces, like a bed where openings may become blocked. Heater must be kept clear of

all obstructions. Maintain a 3 foot minimum clearance from front and 12 inches from sides and rear.

Heaters must be kept clean of lint, dirt, and debris (see maintenance instructions Page 6).

RISK OF FIRE. DO NOT use heater with extension cord. Plug the PT-515-120 heater directly

into a 120VAC receptacle. Plug the PT-53-240 heater directly into a 208-240VAC receptacle.

OVERHEATING OR FIRE MAY OCCUR. Do not place heater behind

doors.

BURN HAZARD. This heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not

let bare skin touch hot surfaces. If provided, use handles when moving

the heater.

Align holes in heater leg frame with lower inner bracket. 2. Attach lower outer bracket to lower inner bracket using screws. 3. Align lower inner bracket with side support. 4. Attach side supports to heater using tilt adjustment knob. 5. Slide side supports into upper brackets, align holes and insert screws to tighten. 6.

NEVER LEAVE HEATER UNATTENDED WHILE CONNECTED TO A POWER SOURCE ® OPERATION Operation 1. Position the fan heater so that it stands upright on a firm, level surface and at a safe distance from wet environments and flammable objects. 2. Connect the fan heater to the proper electrical power. See Grounding instructions (Page 6, Figure 1). 3. Set the thermostat dial to the maximum temperature. 4. The fan heater will switch on when the function selector dial is set to one of the three power settings.

NEVER LEAVE HEATER UNATTENDED WHILE CONNECTED TO A POWER SOURCE ® OPERATION (CONT.) Grounding Instructions (see Figure 1) PT-515-120: –– This heater is for use on 120 Volts. The cord has a plug as show at A (below). An adapter as shown at C is available for connecting three-blade grounding-type plugs two-slot receptacles. The green grounding lug extending from the adapter must be connected to the permanent ground such as a properly grounded outlet box.

Positionner le générateur d’air chaud debout sur une surface ferme et de niveau, et à une distance sécuritaire de tout environnement mouillé ou objet inflammable. 2.
