ADJUSTMENTS The steps beUow expUain how the adjustaMe handweights can be adjusted. Make sure aH parts are properUy tightened each time the adjustaMe handweights and dumbbell tray are used. RepUace any worn parts immediately. The adjustaMe handweights and dumbbell tray can be cleaned with a damp cloth and a mild, non-abrasive detergent. Do not use soUvents.
