BEFORE YOU BEGIN

Thank you for selecting the revolutionary PROFORM

790 HR elliptical exerciser. The 790 HR elliptical exer-

ciser provides a wide array of features, including two

motivational fitness games, designed to make your

workouts at home more effective and enjoyable—and

when you’re not exercising, the unique 790 HR

elliptical exerciser can be folded out of the way.

For your benefit, read this manual carefully before

you use the elliptical exerciser. If you have ques-

tions after reading this manual, please see the front

cover of this manual. To help us assist you, note the

product model number and serial number before con-

tacting us. The model number is PFEVEL5986.0. The

serial number can be found on a decal attached to the

elliptical exerciser (see the front cover of this manual

for the location of the decal).
