Installation Instructions
Self-Rimming
Stainless Steel Sink

Installation
1.
Remove your new sink from the carton. Use
caution as sink edges may cause minor cuts.
Wear safety gloves for your protection.
2.
Remove your old sink and check cutout
opening of the countertop to be sure it is
sized properly. See cutout dimensions below
and verify your new sink will
into the
opening by setting the new sink to the
countertop temporarily. Cutout dimensions of
all sinks are listed below.
3.
If you are installing a sink to a new
countertop please follow these directions.
a. Place sink upside down in the desired
position and trace completely the outside rim
using a soft lead pencil.
b. Then remove sink from countertop and draw
cutout line 5/16" inside the original rim with
1-1/2" radius at corners. Drill hole at the
inside corner of the cutout line.
4. Using a sabre saw, start cutting from the
drilled hole along the cutout line. Support
cutout until the cut is completed.
5.
Apply caulking compound to the perimeter of
the cutout opening.
6. Attached faucet and sink strainer as
necessary. Follow installation instructions
supplied with your faucet.
7. Insert clips into the channel. Locate 3 clips in
front and back, and two clips to each side. Be
sure to arrange the clips evening around the
sink. Position the clip assembly parallel to
the channel.
8. Place the sink carefully into the cutout
opening and be sure it is properly seated.
Make sure sink rim is covered with caulking
all around and press down
around the
permitier of the sink rim.
9. Rotate the clamp on the clip 90 degrees to
the channel and tighten screw clockwise
from the center clip using a long screwdriver.
10. Tighten all clips evenly and do not over
tighten as damage can result.
11.Install drain and water supply as
necessary. Wipe excess caulking compound
and check carefully as some adjustments for
positioning and tightness may be required.
Limited Warranty
WARRANTY: Subject to the limitations expressed
herein, Sellerwarrants that products manufactured by
Seller shall be free from defects in design, material
and workmanship under normal use for a period of
two (2) years from installation but in no case shall the
warranty periodextend longer than thirty (30) months
from the date of sale (“Warranty Period”). This
warranty is void for any damage caused by misuse,
abuse, neglect, acts of Nature, or improper
installation. For the purpose of this section, “Normal
Use” means in strict accordance with the installation,
operation and maintenance manual. The warranty for
products not manufactured by Seller is provided by
the original equipment manufacturer.
REMEDIES: Seller shall repair or replace, at its option,
any non-conforming or otherwise defective product,
upon receipt of notice from Buyer during the
Warranty Period at no additional charge. SELLER
HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER EXPRESSED OR
IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT
LIMITATION, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS OR FITNESS FOR
A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: UNDER NO
CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL EITHER PARTY BE LIABLE
TO THE OTHER FOR INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE,
SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY
KIND. BUYER HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES AND
AGREES THAT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, AND IN
NO EVENT, SHALL SELLER’S
LIABILITY, IF ANY,
EXCEED THE NET SALES PRICE OF THE DEFECTIVE
PRODUCT(S) PURCHASED DURING THE PREVIOUS
CONTRACT YEAR.
LABOR ALLOWANCE: Seller makes NO ADDITIONAL
ALLOWANCE FOR THE LABOR OR EXPENSE OF
REPAIRING OR REPLACING DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
OR WORKMANSHIP OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM
THE SAME.
RECOMMENDATIONS BY SELLER: Seller may assist
Buyer in selection decisions by providing information
regarding products that it manufacturers and those
manufactured by others. However, Buyer
acknowledges that Buyer ultimately chooses the
product’s suitability for its particular use, as normally
by the signature of Buyer’s technical
representative. Any recommendations made by Seller
concerning the use, design, application or operation
of the products shall not be construed as
representations or warranties, expressed or implied.
Failure by Seller to make recommendations or give
advice to Buyer shall not impose any liability upon
Seller.
EXCUSED PERFORMANCE: Seller will make a good
faith to complete delivery of the products as
indicated by Seller in writing, but Seller assumes no
responsibility or liability and will accept no back
charge for loss or damage due to delay or inability to
