SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
• By ignoring the safety instructions the
manufacturer cannot be held responsible for
the damage.
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be
replaced by the manufacturer, its service
agent or similarly qualified persons in order to
avoid a hazard.
• Never move the appliance by pulling the cord
and make sure the cord cannot become
entangled.
• The appliance must be placed on a stable,
level surface.
• The user must not leave the device
unattended while it is connected to the supply.
• This appliance is only to be used for
household purposes and only for the purpose
it is made for.
• To protect children against the dangers of

to grab it. Make sure that the cable is not

BEFORE THE FIRST USE
• Take the appliance andaccessoriesoutthebox.Removethe
stickers,protective foilorplasticfrom thedevice.
• Before using your appliance for the first time, wipe off all removable
parts with a damp cloth. Never use abrasive products.
• Place the appliance on a stable, horizontal and level surface, do not
place the appliance on non-heat-resistant surfaces and ensure a
minimum of 10cm free space around the device. This device is not
suitable for installation in a cabinet or for outside use.
• Keep in mind that chocolate can drip or splash, the place of use
should be easy to clean.
USE
• Put the power cable into the socket.
• Place the appliance on a dry, stable and flat surface.
• The switch has the following positions:
– 0 (off)
– I (heating element and motor element are both in operation)
– II (only heating element is on)
• We recommend using chocolate with a high proportion of cocoa
butter, couverture chocolate (a very high-quality chocolate with a
higher percentage of cocoa butter) or chocolate specially made for
chocolate fondues, so that the device will function optimally. Use some
vegetable oil if the cocoa butter content is not high enough (at least
60% of cocoa) to make the chocolate liquid.
• Do not use chocolate that contains solid ingredients, such as nuts or
almonds, as this can damage the chocolate fountain.
• Turn the switch to the “II” position. It will take between 3-5 minutes to
warm up. Whilst the unit is heating, prepare the chocolate. For the full
cascading chocolate fountain effect, you will need around 600 grams
of melted chocolate.
• The quickest way to prepare the chocolate is in a microwave. Use a
suitable jug or container and add 600 grams of chocolate chips (or
broken bars) and cook on full power for 2 minutes. Take it out of the
microwave and stir the mixture, ensuring that all the chocolate has
melted. Pour it slowly into the preheated bowl of the fountain.
• As a rough guide, dip a desert spoon into the mixture and allow it to
run off the spoon. If the mixture is slightly translucent this is a good
indicator that the consistency is correct.
• Turn the switch to the “I” position, the spiral drive draws the warm
chocolate up to the top of the tier system and then the enticing
cascade starts to flow over the tiers. The chocolate will pour back into
the bowl and then starts its journey all over again.
• Once the chocolate is in full flow, everyone can start to dip the food of
their choice like exotic fruits, profiteroles, marshmallows and biscuits.
The fountain is also suitable for sauces other than chocolate. For
something completely different try a warm fruit sauce or a cheese,
barbecue or sweet chili sauce.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• Before cleaning, unplug the appliance and wait for the appliance to
cool down.
• Never immerse the electrical device in water or any other liquid. The
device is not dishwasher proof.
• Clean the appliance with a damp cloth. Never use harsh and abrasive
cleaners, scouring pad or steel wool, which damages the device.
• The components are suitable for cleaning in a dishwasher.
• Do not pour the remaining chocolate into the toilet or into the drains.
Pour the chocolate in a plastic bag or disposable container then into
the garbage.

VOOR HET EERSTE GEBRUIK
• Haal het apparaat en de accessoires uit de doos.Verwijder de stickers,
de beschermfolie of het plastic van het apparaat.
• Veeg voor het eerste gebruik van het apparaat alle afneembare
onderdelen af met een vochtige doek. Gebruik nooit schurende
producten.
• Plaats het apparaat op een stabiele, horizontale en vlakke ondergrond.
Plaats het apparaat niet op niet-warmtebestendige oppervlakken. Houd
minimaal 10cm ruimte vrij rond het apparaat. Dit apparaat is niet
geschikt voor installatie in een kast of voor gebruik buitenshuis.
• Houd er rekening mee dat chocolade kan druppen of spatten. De
gebruikslocatie moet daarom makkelijk te reinigen zijn.
GEBRUIK
• Sluit het netsnoer aan op het stopcontact.
• Plaats het apparaat op een droog, stabiel en vlak oppervlak.
• De schakelaar heeft de volgende standen:
– 0 (uit)
– I (verwarmingselement en motorelement zijn beide ingeschakeld)
– II (alleen het verwarmingselement is ingeschakeld)
• Om te zorgen dat het apparaat optimaal functioneert, raden wij aan om
chocolade met een hoog cacaobotergehalte, couverture (chocolade van
zeer hoge kwaliteit, met een hoger percentage cacaoboter) of chocolade
die speciaal is gemaakt voor chocoladefondues te gebruiken. Als het
cacaobotergehalte niet hoog genoeg is (minstens 60% cacao), gebruikt u
wat plantaardige olie om de chocolade vloeibaar te maken.
• Gebruik geen chocolade die vaste ingrediënten bevat, zoals noten of
amandelen. De chocoladefontein kan hierdoor beschadigd raken.
• Zet de schakelaar in de stand II. Het duurt 3-5 minuten voordat het
apparaat is opgewarmd. Terwijl het apparaat opwarmt, bereidt u de
chocolade voor. Voor het volledige cascade-effect van de
chocoladefontein hebt u ongeveer 600gram gesmolten chocolade nodig.
• De snelste manier om de chocolade voor te bereiden, is in een
magnetron. Gebruik een geschikte kan of andere houder, doe hier
600gram kant-en-klare chocoladestukjes (of een in stukken gebroken
reep) in en verwarm 2 minuten op vol vermogen. Haal uit de magnetron
en roer het mengsel door. Controleer of alle chocolade is gesmolten.
Giet de gesmolten chocolade langzaam in de voorverwarmde kom van
de fontein.
• Doop als een ruwe indicatie een dessertlepel in het mengsel en laat dit
van de lepel lopen. Als het mengsel iets doorschijnend is, betekent dit
dat de dikte goed is.
• Zet de schakelaar in de stand I. De spiraal stuwt de warme chocolade
naar het bovenste niveau van het systeem. Vervolgens stroomt de
aanlokkelijke cascade over de verschillende niveaus. De chocolade loopt
terug in de kom en wordt opnieuw omhoog gestuwd.
• Zodra de chocolade optimaal stroomt, kan iedereen beginnen met het
voedsel van hun keuze, zoals exotisch fruit, soesjes, marshmallows en
koekjes, in de chocolade te dopen. De fontein is ook geschikt voor
andere sauzen dan chocolade. Probeer voor de verandering eens
warme fruitsaus of een kaas-, barbecue- of zoete chilisaus.
REINIGING EN ONDERHOUD
• Verwijder voor reiniging de stekker uit het stopcontact en wacht tot het
apparaat is afgekoeld.
• Dompel het apparaat nooit onder in water of andere vloeistoffen. Het
apparaat is niet vaatwasserbestendig.
• Reinig het apparaat met een vochtige doek. Gebruik nooit agressieve of
schurende reinigingsmiddelen, schuursponzen of staalwol; dit beschadigt
het apparaat.
• De onderdelen zijn vaatwasserbestendig.
• Giet overgebleven chocolade niet in het toilet of in de afvoer. Giet de
chocolate in een plastic zak of wegwerpverpakking en doe deze bij het
afval.
MILIEU
Dit apparaat mag aan het einde van de levensduur niet bij het
normale huisafval worden gedeponeerd, maar moet bij een speciaal
inzamelpunt voor hergebruik van elektrische en elektronische apparaten
worden aangeboden. Het symbool op het apparaat, in de

AVANT LA PREMIÈRE UTILISATION
• Retirer l’appareil et les accessoires du carton. Retirer les autocollants, le
film ou le plastique protecteur de l’appareil.
• Avant la première utilisation de votre appareil, essuyez toutes les pièces
amovibles avec un chiffon humide. N’utilisez jamais de produits abrasifs.
• Posez l'appareil sur une surface stable, horizontale et plane, ne le
déposez pas sur des surfaces non résistantes à la chaleur, et veillez à
réserver un espace libre minimum de 10 cm tout autour. Cet appareil
n'est pas approprié pour une installation dans une armoire, ou pour un
usage extérieur.
• N'oubliez pas que le chocolat peut couler ou être projeté, l'emplacement
doit être facile à nettoyer.
UTILISATION
• Branchez le cordon d’alimentation à la prise.
• Placez l’appareil sur une surface sèche, stable et plane.
• L'interrupteur propose les positions suivantes:
– 0 (éteint)
– I (l'élément de chauffage et l'élément moteur fonctionnent tous les
deux)
– II (seul l'élément de chauffage est allumé)
• Nous vous recommandons d'utiliser du chocolat à forte teneur en beurre
de cacao, du chocolat de couverture (un chocolat de très grande qualité
avec une teneur plus élevée en beurre de cacao) ou du chocolat
spécialement conçu pour les fondues au chocolat, afin que l'appareil
fonctionne de manière optimale. Utilisez un peu d'huile végétale si la
teneur en beurre de cacao n'est pas suffisante (au moins 60% de
cacao) pour que le chocolat devienne liquide.
• N'utilisez pas de chocolat qui contient des ingrédients solides, comme
des amandes ou des noix, ceci risque d'endommager la fontaine à
chocolat.
• Mettez l'interrupteur en position «II». Il faudra 3 à 5 minutes pour
chauffer l'appareil. Pendant que l'unité chauffe, préparez le chocolat.
Pour obtenir l'effet de fontaine à chocolat en cascade, il vous faudra au
moins 600 grammes de chocolat fondu.
• C'est aux micro-ondes que vous préparerez le chocolat le plus
rapidement. Mettez 600 grammes de copeaux de chocolat (ou de barres
brisées) dans un bol ou un récipient approprié et enfournez à pleine
puissance durant 2 minutes. Retirez le chocolat du micro-ondes et
mélangez-le afin de vous assurer qu'il a entièrement fondu. Versez-le
lentement dans le bol préchauffé de la fontaine.
• À titre indicatif, plongez une cuillère à dessert dans le mélange et
laissez-le s'en écouler. Si le mélange est légèrement translucide, c'est
l'indication que la consistance est correcte.
• Réglez l'interrupteur en position «I», le système en spirale fait remonter
le chocolat en haut de la cascade, d'où le vous le verrez, ô merveille! se
déverser. Le chocolat revient dans le bol et refait sans cesse le même
trajet.
• Une fois le débit de chocolat au maximum, tout le monde peut
commencer à y plonger les aliments de son choix ainsi les fruits
exotiques, profiteroles, guimauves et biscuits. La fontaine est aussi
idéale pour les sauces autres que le chocolat. Pour une expérience
complètement différente, essayez une sauce de fruits chaude ou une
sauce au fromage, barbecue ou chili doux.
NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN
• Avant le nettoyage, débranchez l'appareil et attendez qu'il refroidisse.
• N'immergez jamais l'appareil dans l'eau ni aucun autre liquide. L'appareil
ne peut pas être nettoyé en lave-vaisselle.
• Nettoyez l'appareil avec un chiffon humide. N'utilisez pas de produits
nettoyants agressifs ou abrasifs, de tampons à récurer ou de laine de
verre, ceux-ci pourraient endommager l'appareil.
• Les pièces vont au lave-vaisselle.
• Ne jetez pas le chocolat restant dans les toilettes ou dans l'évier. Versez-
le dans un sac en plastique ou dans un récipient jetable avant de le
mettre à la poubelle.
ENVIRONNEMENT
Cet appareil ne doit pas être jeté avec les déchets ménagers à la
fin de sa durée de vie, il doit être remis à un centre de recyclage pour les

VOR DER ERSTEN INBETRIEBNAHME
• Nehmen Sie das Gerät und das Zubehör aus der Kiste. Entfernen Sie die
Aufkleber, die Schutzfolie oder Plastik vom Gerät.
• Wischen Sie vor der ersten Inbetriebnahme des Geräts alle
abnehmbaren Teile mit einem feuchten Tuch ab. Verwenden Sie niemals
Scheuermittel.
• Stellen Sie das Gerät auf eine stabile, horizontale und ebene Fläche, die
zudem wärmebeständig sein muss, und stellen Sie sicher, dass rund um
das Gerät ein Freiraum von 10cm vorhanden ist. Dieses Gerät ist nicht
für den Einbau in einem Gehäuse oder für die Benutzung im Freien
geeignet.
• Denken Sie daran, dass Schokolade heruntertropfen oder spritzen kann.
Der Aufstellungsort sollte daher leicht zu reinigen sein.
GEBRAUCH
• Stecken Sie den Stecker des Netzkabels in die Steckdose.
• Stellen Sie das Gerät auf eine trockene, stabile und ebene Oberfläche.
• Der Schalter hat folgende Stellungen:
– 0 (Aus)
– I (Heizelement und Motorelement sind beide in Betrieb)
– II (nur das Heizelement ist eingeschaltet)
• Wir empfehlen, Schokolade mit einem hohen Anteil von Kakaobutter,
Couverture-Schokolade (sehr hochwertige Schokolade mit einem
höheren Anteil von Kakaobutter) oder spezielle Fondue-Schokolade zu
verwenden, damit das Gerät optimal funktioniert. Nehmen Sie etwas
Pflanzenöl, falls der Kakaobutteranteil nicht hoch genug ist (mindestens
60% Kakao), um die Schokolade flüssig zu machen.
• Benutzen Sie keine Schokolade mit festen Bestandteilen wie Nüssen
oder Mandeln, weil diese den Schokoladenbrunnen beschädigen
könnten.
• Drehen Sie den Schalter in die Stellung „II“. Die Aufwärmphase dauert
3bis5Minuten. Bereiten Sie die Schokolade vor, während sich das
Gerät erwärmt. Für einen optimal kaskadierenden
Schokoladenbrunneneffekt benötigen Sie rund 600g geschmolzene
Schokolade.
• Am schnellsten lässt sich die Schokolade in einer Mikrowelle
vorbereiten. Nehmen Sie einen Becher oder Behälter, geben Sie 600g
Schokolade (oder abgebrochene Riegel) hinein und lassen Sie sie bei
voller Leistung 2Minuten lang kochen. Nehmen Sie ihn aus der
Mikrowelle heraus und rühren Sie die Mischung um, bis sich die
Schokolade vollständig aufgelöst hat. Gießen Sie die Schokolade
vorsichtig in die vorgeheizte Schüssel des Brunnens.
• Tauchen Sie zur groben Orientierung einen Dessertlöffel in die Mischung
und lassen Sie die Mischung vom Löffel ablaufen. Wenn die Mischung
etwas durchscheinend aussieht, ist dies ein gutes Zeichen, dass die
Konsistenz stimmt.
• Drehen Sie den Schalter in die Stellung „I“. Der Spiralantrieb zieht die
warme Schokolade nach oben und die verführerische Kaskade beginnt
über die Stufen herabzufließen. Die Schokolade fließt wieder in die
Schüssel zurück und beginnt dann ihre Reise aufs Neue.
• Sobald die Schokolade richtig fließt, kann damit begonnen werden,
Lebensmittel nach eigener Wahl wie exotische Früchte, Windbeutel,
Marshmallows und Kekse zu dippen. Die Fontaine eignet sich auch für
andere Saucen als Schokolade. Versuchen Sie doch mal was ganz
Anderes: Probieren Sie es mit einer warmen Fruchtsauce oder einer
Käse-, Barbecue- oder süßen Chilisauce.
REINIGUNG UND WARTUNG
• Ziehen Sie vor der Reinigung den Netzstecker und warten Sie, bis das
Gerät abgekühlt ist.
• Tauchen Sie das Gerät niemals in Wasser oder andere Flüssigkeiten.
Das Gerät in nicht spülmaschinenfest.
• Reinigen Sie das Gerät mit einem feuchten Tuch. Verwenden Sie
niemals scharfe oder scheuernde Reiniger, Topfreiniger oder Stahlwolle.
Dies würde das Gerät beschädigen.

• El usuario no debe dejar el dispositivo sin

ANTES DEL PRIMER USO
• Extraiga el aparato y los accesoriosdelacaja.Retirelas pegatinas,el
envoltorio de protecciónoel plásticodeldispositivo.
• Antes de utilizar el aparato por primera vez, pase un paño húmedo por
todas las piezas desmontables. Nunca utilice productos abrasivos.
• Coloque el aparato sobre una superficie estable, horizontal y nivelada;
no coloque el aparato sobre superficies no resistentes al calor y
asegúrese de tener un mínimo de 10cm de espacio libre alrededor del
mismo. Este dispositivo no es apropiado para su instalación en un
armario ni para el uso en exteriores.
• Tenga en cuenta que, puesto que el chocolate puede gotear o salpicar,
la superficie de uso debe ser de fácil limpieza.
USO
• Conecte el cable de alimentación a la toma de corriente.
• Coloque el aparato sobre una superficie seca, estable y plana.
• El interruptor tiene las siguientes posiciones:
– 0 (apagado)
– I (tanto el elemento calentador como el motor se ponen en
funcionamiento)
– II (solo se enciende el elemento calentador)
