Installation & Assembly

1) Turn the sink face down on top of the countertop making sure to leave at lease 4 for the faucet.
Using a pencil, trace around the sink where the sink touches the countertop. Remove the sink
and draw a new line 3/4 inside the previous line. Erase the outer line.
2) Measure the outline against the sink to make sure you have everything correct before cutting. The
measurements should allow the sink to drop into the cutout and have the rim rest on the counter.
After verifying measurements, cut the hole out of the countertop.

using a rubber mallet to ensure a flat even fit.
4) Remove the sink and run a bead of copper sink installation silicone around the hole in the
countertop. turn the sink upside down and run another bead of the silicone around the outer
edge of the underside rim of the sink.
5) Place the sink into the cutout hole. Square the sink with the front of the countertop and drag
your finger around the outer rim to smooth and clean away any excess silicone.

1) Using a piece of tracing paper, trace the inner rim of the sink to make cutout template.
2) Cut out the traced line and place it on the sink to make sure the size is correct.
3) Place the template on the countertop making sure to leave at least 4 of space behind the
cutout for the faucet. Trace the outline of the template onto the countertop.
4) Cut out the hole in countertop.
5) Apply the Copper Sink Installation Silicone to the rim of the sink to seal where the sink
meets the countertop. Place sink on underside of countertop and clean up excess silicone. meets the countertop. Place sink on underside of countertop and clean up excess silicone.
Allow to dry for 24 HOURS.
6) If necessary, screws and anchors can be used to anchor the sink the bottom of the
countertop. You can drill the holes for the anchors directly through the rim of the sink.
