WARNING: Do not operate this unit until you read this instruction manual for safety, operation and maintenance instructions. Failure to follow all instructions listed below may result in electric shock, fire, and/or serious personal injury. WORK AREA SAFETY Keep your work area clean and well lit. Cluttered benches and dark areas invite accidents.
POWER TOOL USE AND CARE Do not force power tool. Use the correct power tool for your application. The correct power tool will do the job better and safer at the rate for which it is designed. Do not use the power tool if switch does not turn it on or off. Any power tool that cannot be controlled with the switch is dangerous and must be repaired. Disconnect the plug from the power source before making any adjustments, changing accessories, or storing the power tool.
SPECIFIC SAFETY RULES FOR CORDLESS JIG SAW Hold power tool by insulated gripping surfaces, when performing an operation where the cutting accessory may contact hidden wiring. Cutting accessory contacting a “live” wire may make exposed metal parts of the power tool “live” and could give the operator an electric shock. Use clamps or another practical way to secure and support the workpiece to a stable platform.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION WARNING: Do not use this product if any parts on the packing list are already assembled to your product when you unpack it. Parts on this list are not assembled to the product by the manufacturer and require customer installation. Use of a product that may have been improperly assembled could result in serious personal injury. WARNING: If any parts are damaged or missing do not operate this product until the parts are replaced.
Removing the blade To remove the blade, press the tool opener to the position shown in the figure. Pull the saw blade out toward the base. INSTALLING DUST EXTRACTION To attach the nozzle on the tool, insert the hook of dust nozzle into the hole on the base. Another is connected to vacuum cleaner (See fig.5). OPERATING INSTRUCTION Turn the tool on without the blade making any contact and wait until the blade attains full speed. Then rest the base flat on the workpiece and gently move the tool forward along the previously marked cutting line. SWITCH ON AND OFF Fig.6 To start the tool, depress the lock-off button from and pull the switch trigger.
NOTE: If you want to cut a straight line, keep a cut in a slow speed. The thicker wood you cut, the slower speed you should keep. NOTE: Always ensure the light is aimed at a sturdy workpiece without reflective surfaces. I.e. wood or rough coated surfaces are acceptable. Bright shiny reflective sheet steel or the like is not suitable for light use as the reflective surface could direct the beam back at the operator.
TEMPERATURE CONTROL /OVERLOAD PROTECTION When the temperature of battery is too high and the machine switches off automatically. • Switch the power tool off. • Allow the battery to cool down before continuing to work. When the power tool is blocked and switches off automatically. • Remove the power tool from the workpiece. • As soon as the blockage is corrected, the power tool will continue to work at the set stroke rate.
MAINTENANCE WARNING: In order to avoid personal injury and the risk of fire and electric shock, remove the battery pack before adjusting, inspecting, or cleaning the power tool. WARNING: When servicing, use only identical replacement parts. Use of any other parts could create a hazard or cause product damage. TRANSPORT Be alert for battery packs that are nearing their end of life.
