When the route is not set: Current speed, speed limit of the current road and current time Display during freeway driving In certain locations of the freeway, lane information is available, indicating the recommended lane to be in to easily maneuver the next guidance. Lane information While driving on the freeway, freeway exit numbers and freeway signs may be displayed in the vicinity of interchanges and exits.

Thus, the information may not correspond with a certain traffic regulation when your vehicle actually passes through the location in question. Also, the information on the traffic regulations provided applies for a passenger vehicle, and not for a truck or other delivery vehicles.

Fast: Calculates a route with the shortest travel time to your destination as a priority. ! Green: Calculates a quick but fuel efficient route based on the fuel consumption data given in Route settings. Travel cost and CO2 emission calculations are estimations only.

Black plate (51,1) Chapter Registering and editing locations 09 Saving a location as an alert point Storing your favorite locations as “Favorites” provides you with the opportunity to save the time and effort of re-entering this information. “Favorites” can include your home location, favorite places, destinations you have already registered and any location on the map. Alert points are preloaded in your navigation system.

Place Markers: Select which places to show on the map while navigating. Too many places make the map crowded so it is a good idea to keep as few of them on the map as possible. For this, you have the possibility to save different place visibility settings. You have the following possibilities: ! Touch the checkbox to show or hide the place category.

You can turn this feature on or let the map be displayed for the whole route. Tunnel View: When entering tunnels, the surface roads and buildings can be distracting. This feature shows a generic picture of a tunnel instead of the map.
